If your looking for an as is sale or a quick sale I definitely recommend them. I just had to sell my mother’s house and Andrea has been there to answer my questions and help me everything all they until we closed.

Due to foreseen circumstances I had to sell my mother’s home. Andrea was great she walked me through the process and I was a smooth process for most part except for the contractor they used but she made sure everything got fixed. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a short sell or an as is sell call them and make and appointment.

I recently needed to sell a condo and contacted HomeBuyers of America. Fortunately for me, Andrea Rios was the Settlement Coordinator that was available to assist me. Whenever I felt overwhelmed by the process, Ms. Rios would point me in the right direction and offer helpful advice, thus, acting as a calming influence on me I am indebted to to Ms. Rios for helping me bring the sale of my condo to a very successful conclusion.

Drew and Anita were great to work with. They made selling a dilapidated estate property in another state a much easier task than expected.
