House Buyers of America

House Buyers of America did an excellent job in closing my home specially working with Ryan. He was always available to answer any question. I did have little issues with the title company that delay the process of closing otherwise it was a great experience working with House Buyers of America. Everything went smoothly.

Vanessa is very excited to recommend House Buyers of America

After 17 years, our weekend home two hours from our primary residence needed significant updating to prepare it for sale. This would have required many trips back and forth to find people to do the work and manage the activity. Instead we solicited an offer from House Buyers of America. Their offer was in line with our expectations, and the inspection and settlement process was quick and easy. It was a pleasure working with them and I recommend the company to other weekend home owners looking for an easy was to sell their properties.

Overall it was an easy straightforward experience. I received a fair offer for the property that saved me for trying to do renovations while living two hours away. Well worth the price to not have to deal with that.
