My overall experience with House Buyers was very positive, when reflecting on the process. This was a very emotional and sentimental time/process. My first contact person was Phillip Shade, who got the process started. He was very approachable, professional, and easy to communicate with. He kept me informed of all changes. I experienced the same with Anita Crystal. She responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner. She was very knowledgeable regarding the process. She made the process more bearable clarifying questions I didn't understand.

I had a great experience working with Home Buyers. We had a rental property that had been badly damaged by a family of hoarders. Home buyers gave us a fair price and bought it as is which saved us the money and effort of cleaning out the property and repairing the damage. I would highly recommend using this company as they made the sale process very easy and were willing to work with us on dates and it was a very quick process compared to using a realtor and going the traditional route of selling a property.

Anita has been incredibly easy to work with, her communication, professionalism and meditation during some difficult parts of the sale have been outstanding. She’s kept me in the loop the whole time, ensured all questions I’ve had have been answered and made the whole process as smooth as possible. I recently sold an out-of-state home I owned to House Buyers. The house needed a lot of costly work, and I wanted to sell "as is." The process with House Buyers was great. The communication was easy to understand, and I felt very comfortable about the process. All things considered; House Buyers made a fair offer which I accepted. The closing was completed at my house which saved me another out of state trip. The entire process from start to finish took about one month. The staff at House Buyers was great. They answered all my questions. Returned all my calls in a timely manner. I no longer have to worry about property I owned that was becoming a nightmare. Thank you, Home Buyers of America!
