We had inherited my mom’s house and had to figure out what to do with it fast! She still owed mortgage on the house and after speaking with a realtor friend, they suggested that repairs will be needed to have it presentable for listings. This would’ve taken a lot of time and work… after seeing an ad on TV relating to our situation, we decided to go with House Buyers. Our transaction was honestly fast, quick, and easy, their service was exactly what we were looking for. They were even kind enough to accommodate my needs when my brother had health issues I had to take care of. I would definitely recommend House Buyers to anyone needing to sell their home fast and easy!

Service went very efficiently; our sales rep was very accommodating! We chose House Buyers because they were the highest offer from the other competition. We didn’t have the time to put in work to the house and sell the normal way. We needed to move into a retirement community and wanted it to be done fast. Their team was very communicative and responsive in helping to make our deal reach settlement as smooth and as fast as possible, despite the unexpected lender delays that we had. He was put in a terrible position of being between my spouse and I as we worked to split up and sell a house at the same time.
