House Buyers of America was very accommodating when they purchased my condominium. There was no pressure and they worked with my timeline for closing. I moved within my building to another unit so coordinating my move was important to me. There were title issues and House Buyers filled out a couple of forms and made the process easy. If I had sold the condo to a buyer myself, it would have taken longer and I would have had to wait for escrow, the buyer’s loan approval and could have taken months before actual settlement and I would have had to accommodate a buyer’s schedule.
