With my husband working 1000+ miles away, a traditional sale of the house would have required me to be singularly responsible (working with an agent, of course) for all the details of the traditional marketing, showings, and sale of our home, and House Buyers relieved me of the stress and worry associated with that, as well as facilitating a closing by email. I was impressed with House Buyers of America because sometimes you get referrals from people and you never know what to expect, but when you go through the process, I can tell you firsthand everything was on point, I got the answers I wanted with little to no waiting. If I sent an email, I got response within 24 hours no long period of waiting for an answer. I needed to sell fast because I had just retired and needed to downsize. The transaction was smooth and on a scale from 1-10 the speed was a 10!
