May I say, we BOD's for SCHHOA are busy with many things personal and HOA related; we have been remiss in responding to the individual staff performance ratings for Community Soulutions's Managers. We are all impressed with not only Madison Westman, but our personal Community Manager, Samantha Mangiola, she has gone above and beyond for our SCHHOA community, she has made an outstanding impression on all of our Board of Directors. She is smart, gregarious, and pleasant to talk with, be it HOA related or simply hobbies and recreational topics, in other words, she is a people person, she loves life and the people she comes into contact with, by showing a rare quality towards them, unconditional love! No strings, just the truth and it comes from her heart, an envious quality, that many of us could only hope to possess! I don't use Google, so I apologize for not posting there! PS: Because of my past Vocation of 40 years Automotive related, I consider my opinion to be fair, the excellence we observe and experience from Community Solutions is grounded in their proven methods of operation that exudes a standard of proven results, by employing highly trained professionals. The owner, leader that sets the bar at the top for their communication skills and business Savy, is none other than, Juanita Carbaugh, the Hardest worker of all, What a lady!
