I had left the HOA a voice mail to return my call,which did. Unfortunately missed the return call. They then followed up by an email and a text. They resolved my issue shortly there after. Julie did a great job for me.

Randi is always very helpful, she definitely goes above and beyond to find a resolution for your issues. She is very pleasant, actually cares about the person and their experience with HOA Community Solutions. Unfortunately she doesn't have any solutions or any power over the personnel that is taking over 7-10 days to post payments.

It was terrible this morning, tried for an hour to log in, with the help of an solutions employee it was fast
