Samantha has been phenomenal in the four months they have taken over our previous HOA. She has been quick to respond to my emails and very thorough with her explanations and answers. She’s friendly, has a sense of humor and willing to improve our community. Thanks for what you’re doing and I feel your efforts will continue.

Well, relative to the transition, most of the labor has been done by Linda,Mary and Don, my roll has been somewhat limited, other than helping with incidental chores, and decision suggestions, and being a reminder to our team of Directors to have certain documents ready by scheduled dates for Lady Madison to have ready for her capture to your computer system. My personal contact with Madison is and has been always positive, she gave me the courtesy of listening intently, with the sincerest desire to answer all my questions with an upbeat matter fact response, that always left me feeling confident of her lead.
Probably, the best noticeable attribute she so well displays, is genuine sincerity, without any confrontational attitude, no EGO stuff, just real straight forward
authenticity! PS: She has a great smile too! :) We all love her! Sinclair Heights BOD's!
