I find the HOA community solutions to be fairly easy to use but sometimes encounter some problems with it.
Changing the set up makes it difficult at times, just get used to using it then it changes.
Thus, the less changes the better.

Alicia was very warm, professional and communicative while assisting us with our requests for information and documents. We appreciated how responsive she was which helped to ease our concerns.

Community - TrailRun Townhomes, Auburn, WA
As of June 2025, TrailRun Townhomes entered into a contract with HOA Community Solutions to manage our community. Samantha M. from HOA CS has been assigned to represent us and assist in managing our community according to the standards we have established.
Recently, Washington State experienced a historic flood emergency that significantly impacted our area. This event garnered attention both locally and nationally.
On Sunday, December 14th, our community received an emergency evacuation order in the early hours of the morning. This information was communicated to Samantha, who, going above and beyond her responsibilities, assisted the association board by personally contacting each owner within our community regarding the flood situation and the evacuation order. We have 115 units/lots in our community.

My only problem so far was the gap between the notice of infraction date which was Oct 28th and the date we were notified by email which was Nov 5th. Since we only had about 3 weeks to take care of the 2 issues one week was already gone by the time we were notified. It is not realistic to expect that homeowners will check the HOA daily in case there is an infraction. In fact several neighbors have said to me” what HOA website”’so some people do not even have an online account on the HOA portal. I was Secretary /Treasurer of an HOA in Colorado for several years and we gave our members a month to comply with fixing a violation since people take vacations and may not check email during a vacation. Also we notified members of a violation immediately by email in order to give them maximum time to fix the violation.
Other than the notification time lag communication had been good.

Understand my issues and solutions provided though it takes time but eventually it is worth it

Hello Juanita: I don't have to tell you how thankful we all are, SCHHOA is, to have your Samantha Mangiola working for C/S and our SCHHOA. Samantha took upon herself to politely invite her presence at our BOD's Zoom meeting Saturday at 10:00AM. She was smart enough to perceive rough waters ahead amongst our BOD's
