I can't say enough good things about HOA Community Solutions. Brenda is our main contact for Tahuyeh Lake Community Club. She manages our water system billing, updates Board members on new laws that affect us and provides Zoom meetings to discuss the new laws or updating existing laws. We could not manage our Community Club without HOA Community Solutions services, well worth the cost.

Our community came to HOA Community Solutions with a raft of issues needing immediate attention. After interviewing two other companies, we were certain that HCS had the right mix of services and expertise to make an effective difference in our community and address the urgent needs, some very unique to our neighborhood. In just the first few weeks of hiring them, our manager Natasha was able to help us prioritize and make a plan. Her presence at our board meeting helped stabilize and calm a hot situation with owners and community members. The volunteer board is already feeling the heavy burden lifted and can see a productive path forward for improving the situation in our community.
