HOA Community Solutions

I had a portion of a large tree land in my yard on 1/7/22 from green belt behind my home. It was my understanding that the HOA was responsible for the green belt. I had the pleasure to work with Brenda from the HOA she was quick to respond, she was professional and she was very helpful in trying to resolve my issue.

Our HOA has been extremely impressed with the services we receive from HOA Community Solutions. Our Community Manager, Jill Doerflinger, is readily available, prompt and thorough answering our questions, very patient and personable with every interaction we've had. Wonderful customer service, a rarity these days, throughout the time we've been using HOA Community Services.

I would personally like to thank Chandler Mandell for resolving a recent issue that I had. He took the time to respond to my inquiry and offered to help. I really appreciate his kindness and urgency to quickly resolve my issue. He also provided some helpful information to help me out in the future!

Paul and I so appreciate having our request expedited. We did not know that was an option but it gives us the ability to replace our damaged drains immediately which will help keep water out of our garage. Thank you!

We purchased property several years ago that is managed HOA Community Solutions. Although we’ve owned property previously, this is the first time working with an HOA. It’s been a stellar experience— everything from receiving timely emails to what’s going on with the property, to explaining financial statements.
The past year I have been on the Board of Trustees for the property. Community Solutions has found ways to work with all the property owners to find solutions for individual needs.
AND they do all this in ways that feel individual and specific.
I can honestly say that I’m delighted to work with our representative and the company.

HOA Community Solutions is the best company for HOA condominium associations. Our board is made up of volunteers and with the knowledge of Brenda Dickerson we stay on track and she is a wonderful resource for help in condo laws and procedures. Brenda Dickerson’s roles and responsibilities are quite comparable to that of a parent of young children, she is not a one-size fits all sort of community manager but rather a woman of many hidden talents wearing a multitude of hats at any given moment and even sometimes multiple hats at once. She has and continues to be incredibly resourceful, knowledgeable, amicable and easily approachable no matter how juvenile or complicated the query. I appreciate that she has the ability to maintain composure and remain neutral especially during community meetings and at times when her professional position has been called upon to help navigate and negotiate difficult and sometimes irrational moments. Brenda, thank you for making my life and all of those in our community a better HOA. We appreciate you!

I really appreciate Madison Westman’s timeliness in response to my voicemail and expediting my request for HOA documentation for a mutual client. I just want to bring recognition to her because it is not often that documents are received within 5 minutes of the request!

As president of our HOA, I will say we have been very pleased with the service provided. Our account manager, Natasha, is always prompt in her responsiveness. She is well-versed in our CC&Rs and bylaws and has been very helpful to us in navigating the legal aspects of managing our HOA.

Our Association just made the move to HOA Community Solutions and I have to say, I wish we did it years ago! Lacretia quite literally dropped everything to help us on board. The communication to our Board from everyone there has been absolutely fantastic - Immediate responses to questions.

After living in multiple communities around the greater PNW and interacting with quite a few management companies, I feel we have just won the lottery. HOA Community Solutions has set the gold standard very high!

In these dark and uncertain times I'm going to spread some love around here. HOA Community Solutions is truly a fabulous company and makes the day to day of my sometimes overwhelming volunteer job much more bearable. As a Board President, I could not be happier with the quality of service we receive at our large homeowners association both from our amazing, dedicated property manager Stephanie, and the entire team of trained professionals. I don't know how Stephanie does it, but she somehow manages to put a positive spin even on the complaints. When dealing with issues at our Association she makes my days SO much better and consistently comes back with the right solution. Working with a company that EXCLUSIVELY works with Associations, and does not divide their energies managing other commercial properties has saved our Association money, time and headaches beyond what I imagined....

From what I see, most negative reviews are from folks who don't understand that the property management company is contractually obligated to enforce the policies of the Association. They are only the messenger. As a Board President, I could not be happier with the quality of service we receive at our large homeowners association both from our amazing, dedicated property manager Stephanie, and the entire team of trained professionals. Working with a company that EXCLUSIVELY works with Associations, and does not divide their energies managing other commercial properties has saved our Association money, time and headaches beyond what I imagined. Just want to give a shout out to our wonderful HOACS manager Shirelle for all the help she's been to our HOA Board & community over this past year-plus! She's always so friendly, helpful, and thorough in working through all the details of every request we've ever thrown her way, and I so appreciate her!!! And our HOA has also been very well-supported by Janet and Juanita as well, so kudos to all three and to the whole team at HOACS! So grateful for Shirelle and for all of you!!

HOA Community Solutions really came to our HOA's rescue a few years ago when we were struggling to find good management and had been for years. They got us out of the hole, brought all our accounts to current (including pursuing collections), starting building our reserves right away, and have kept us going strong since. They are professional, very communicative, and most importantly kind and caring people. They are amazing to work with. I highly recommend them!

Our condo development began working with HOA Solutions in the last year. Our Property Manager, Brenda Dickerson is hard working, pragmatic and every so helpful. She went out of her way to call me and let me know that there was a duplicate order placed by the Escrow company and offered to cancel my order so that our customer wouldn't get charged twice for the same service! Our community began working with HOA Community Solutions in April, 2020 after years with another company. We were looking for a company that would provide our community with professional guidance, oversight and customer service. Since the change, suffice to say we have been “wowed”!
They ensured an extremely smooth transition, have our books in order, and have already become a most valuable partner. Our property manager, Brenda, is nothing short of awesome! After roughly 15 years with another company, our HOA switched to HOA Community Solutions (during the peak of the COVID emergency no less). The task seemed monumental but HOA-CS came through in an incredibly professional and responsive way.
