We purchased property several years ago that is managed HOA Community Solutions. Although we’ve owned property previously, this is the first time working with an HOA. It’s been a stellar experience— everything from receiving timely emails to what’s going on with the property, to explaining financial statements.
The past year I have been on the Board of Trustees for the property. Community Solutions has found ways to work with all the property owners to find solutions for individual needs.
AND they do all this in ways that feel individual and specific.

Brenda Dickerson’s roles and responsibilities are quite comparable to that of a parent of young children, she is not a one-size fits all sort of community manager but rather a woman of many hidden talents wearing a multitude of hats at any given moment and even sometimes multiple hats at once. She has and continues to be incredibly resourceful, knowledgeable, amicable and easily approachable no matter how juvenile or complicated the query. I appreciate that she has the ability to maintain composure and remain neutral especially during community meetings and at times when her professional position has been called upon to help navigate and negotiate difficult and sometimes irrational moments. Hiring HOA Community Solutions to assist our 45 home HOA was the best thing we could have done. They are very professional and responsive. Our board of volunteers is very small and has always been stretched thin. With the assistance of HOA Community Solutions, the pressure on the few volunteers on the board has eased. And Natasha is an awesome community manager! We are so fortunate to have her. Property management is a tool in the HOA's toolbox and he board still has to make decisions. In these dark and uncertain times I'm going to spread some love around here. HOA Community Solutions is truly a fabulous company and makes the day to day of my sometimes overwhelming volunteer job much more bearable. As a Board President, I could not be happier with the quality of service we receive at our large homeowners association both from our amazing, dedicated property manager Stephanie, and the entire team of trained professionals. I don't know how Stephanie does it, but she somehow manages to put a positive spin even on the complaints. From what I see, most negative reviews are from folks who don't understand that the property management company is contractually obligated to enforce the policies of the Association. They are only the messenger. We went through a devastating financial loss and Juanita and Loree helped us with an audit and putting together our case with the Pierce County Sheriff. They were essential to creating a HOA Community with transparency and trustworthiness, they helped guide us through making a claim against our D&O Insurance and with our embezzlement lawsuit. I am the president of an HOA Board in Thurston County. We hired HOA Community Solutions nearly two years ago after a HORRIBLE experience with an alternative company. While the bar was quite low in terms of expectations, HOA, Juanita, Loree and Natasha have hit home run after home run.
