We have had Hidden pet fence installed since 2020. I love that I can let my dog out of any door and I know she’ll be safe. The only issue we’ve had is my dog (large and goofy yellow lab) has broke her collar. I was able to get it replaced fast and with friendly customer service. If you’re looking for a great experience give them a call.

Outstanding experience from start to finish!

I’ve had hidden pet fence for over 10 years now. They have been great when I needed them to fix the invisible fence line after I had a new driveway installed. I recommend them to my daughter for her driveway dog and they have been great to work with!

Our beagle kept testing the fence parameters so we called Hidden Pet Fence of NY and Laurie got us scheduled for a timely appointment. The repair technician called before coming and we discussed the issue in which he did a thorough trouble shooing and we came up with the solution to reroute our line and to put up the pink flags. It has been almost a week and our beagle is no longer testing the lines. We are very happy with the service and professionalism we received from Hidden Pet Fence of NY. Thank you!

I stopped by the Dewey Avenue office for a new nylon collar as well as a new battery. Laurie took the time to test my old battery. She also set up the new collar to fit our Beagle! We have had our pet fence for years and can honestly say it works great!

We have had our fence for years without any issues. A break developed and they came out quickly and fixed the problem. Fantastic service!!!

We have two large areas fenced in using hidden pet fences, and it works great. We have a Siberian Husky, so you know the fence works if it works for a Husky. We had to have the fence fixed because I accidently broke the wire with our tractor (oops), and they came right out to fix it
We also had to replace a collar (left it on the hood of the car, it's somewhere in Brockport), and replacing it was no problem. Great product, it's worth the money to keep your fur babies safe.

I’ve been using Hidden Pet Fence for over a decade now and would highly recommend them! I bought a house that had an old Invisible Fence brand transmitter 10+ years ago but it had a damaged fence line and was inoperable. They were able to run a new fence line around the property and rehab the Invisible Fence Brand transmitter, just selling me a compatible collar for my dog, which saved me a good chunk of money not having to buy a new transmitter. Afterwards, they even worked with us (coming out to our property multiple times) to tweak our transmitter appropriately and get our stubborn dog to stay inside the invisible fence.

Over the years we’ve broken the fence a handful of times with lawn projects and they’ve always been very helpful and responsive in getting the fence repaired.

I purchase a new house where the previous owner purchased the invisible fence and I called and asked if they would come train my dog on the fence and they were happy to help me out. They came out within a week of my call and flagged my property and worked with my dog and showed me how to continue the training. I would definitely recommend working with Hidden Pet Fence of NY...very nice people and my dog Callie liked them too! 🙂
