We have had great results with our hidden pet fence so far. Our pups are so happy to be outside hanging out with us and we do not have to worry about them leaving our yard. The process of getting it installed was quick and easy. We were concerned with our pitty as she is runner who likes to take off and explore the neighborhood but she has done amazing. I would highly recommend if you are in need of a fence containment system for your beloved fur babies.

After moving to a new home, we worried about letting our 2 labs roam freely through the yard. I called Hidden Pet fence and they were able to stop over, map our property and set up an install appointment within a couple of days. The techs were awesome - they spent a full day running the line on the perimeter of our property exactly how we wanted it, they were professional and able to answer all my questions. This is the second yard we have used Hidden Pet Fence and we are always very satisfied with the team from the office to installers. I would highly recommend Hidden Pet Fence!

The Hidden Pet Fence repair technician did a great job of finding and fixing the break in our hidden fence, which had caused it to quit working. We could never have found it ourselves. Once again, our dogs can run freely and safely within our chosen boundaries, and we don't have to worry about them getting loose and causing problems for anyone else. Thanks.

Miss Betty is our 6th dog and this is our 6th time of having Hidden Pet Fence come out to help us with training the dog in our yard. We have always had great success and welcome them every time. We cannot recommend them more.

We have been very happy with our experience with Hidden Pet Fence. Ralph first came to explain his company and how the fence worked. Pavl then came out to install and train our dog. We have a German shepherd and she responded well to the training and with the fence. She learned very fast and has only once tried to go through the fence while chasing our cat. Pavl was very patient and kind with her. She just loved him. I highly recommend this company.

Recently scheduled the technician to come to my home to get an existing fence up and running for my dog. I just moved in and have no experience with these fences. Laurie was easy to deal with establishing the necessary appointment. Once a minor repair was made to the fence line, the yard was flagged and training protocols were set up. It’s too new to tell how this will go but I’m optimistic about their ability to support me through this process. I have no basis for cost comparison to competitors, but I feel good dealing with a company that seems to be local.

We are very happy with Hidden Pet Fence. We had them install a fence last fall and they were great to work with and our dog is nice and safe in her back yard.

Recently, we had them come out to mark our line as we are planting some border trees. The line ended up right along our tree line so we were able to have them relocate the fence farther away.

They are always friendly and helpful and we appreciate the job they do.

We've had our fence for about 2 weeks now and it's working out great. After using a DIY kind of invisible fence many years ago, Ralph answered all our hesitant questions at our initial appointment and helped put us at ease at trying a different brand. Our installer Nick was great and very friendly. Our dog, Paige is coming along nicely in their training program and is loving her new found freedom in the yard without a leash.

So far, we are extremely happy with our fence. We switched from invisible fence brand because of their poor customer service and the technician that came out was wonderful, knowledgeable, and he made sure we were perfectly set up before leaving. We haven’t had any issues yet but I was assured that I would be able to reach someone to troubleshoot any concerns that may come up in the future.

If you are averse to inviting sales people into your home...fuggedaboudit. Ralph is down to earth and a true professional. He made his recommendation, I countered with an upsell! The installer, Nick was right on time, plowed through snow and ice with his machines, completed the initial training in just a few hours. Nick was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Needed a fix in our line that accidentally got cut. Came right out. Found it right away and repaired it. Our pup remembered the guy and was super happy to see him again. Fence really works and employees have always been friendly.

Just had my hidden fence installed a couple of weeks ago by their technician Garrett. This guy was amazing and knows his stuff. He explained everything in great detail which is more that what I got from the “other” guys many years ago. Special thanks to Laurie as well who has probably spent at least an hour on the phone with me throughout several phone calls.

I spoke with Lori this morning because our one year old spaniel ran through the driveway yesterday, thinking she could go for her walk without her harness attached. She went back through but it didn't seem to be strong enough to really bother her. Lori helped me up the power on the color from the phone. Very easy to follow her directions and now I have the piece of mind that my dog won't try this again and if she does at least she will feel it and not want to again.
