I have Invisible Fence they have no walk in facility so I've been getting my batteries from Laurie at Hidden Pet Fence. Our old Invisible Fence collar failed and I had to find my dog in the dark last night. I called Laurie this morning and she was able to provide me with a much higher quality collar. She is so nice and so helpful. I was in customer service for 43 years so I know the difference. Laurie is the best!!!!

Ralph was quick with his response to my initial request for a quote. He arrived at the time he said he would and was very clear and to the point in his explanation of all products and services. I really like the fact that his products are not priced by the amount of wire needed. My wife and I were originally just going to do the back yard but he explained that because it's the same cost regardless it was better protection for our animals to do both the front and back yards in case one of them got out through the front door.

Pavel from Hidden Pet Fence was great! He had to come out to repair a line that was cut by a tree company. He was very professional and worked very quickly to get the line working again. Hidden Pet Fence is a fantastic company I highly recommend them!

Returning Hidden Pet Fence customer once again completely satisfied. Pavel arrived, friendly and ready to play with and train our new pitty. Our dog is stubborn, and Pavel stayed and walked with him around the yard so many times to be sure the receiver was programmed correctly. In our small front yard, this proved to be more of a challenge. Pavel stuck with us until he was confident our dog knew what to expect and we understood the training instructions. Scheduling was quick and easy, and Laurie is always good to talk to! Strongly recommend going small and local for the products, services, and staff of Hidden Pet Fence.

We have a lab pitbull mix that was notorious for getting out of the house and taking me on short journeys around our area. Most escapes resulted in chase sessions lasting no less than 45 mins so needless to say we had to figure something out. I was referred to Hidden Pet Fence by a colleague and friend as a much more affordable alternative to an actual fence to help resolve our issue. After a rough start and multiple escapes during training mode, Luna has adapted phenomenally! We are finally able to just let her out into the backyard to wander and hangout which we never thought was possible. We even experienced her trying to run out of the corner of the front yard which we designated our "Walk Exit." Thanks to the continous shock feature, she actually returned to the house on her own! I am delighted with the work that Pavel did, updating my old Invisible Fence system and training my new dog to it. My dog responded well to Pavel and the process was very gentle, humane and effective. I am so glad I switched to Hidden Fence after my unhappy experience with Invisible Fence.

This company has been amazing to work with. They are always professional and on time. I was nervous about having them come to my home as my dogs are reactive and don't have the best manners. They were amazing with my dogs and the training went very well and it was simple. This was a good experience all the way around. I had to call for a repair and they sent me Paul Veal. He was thorough and did a fantastic job.

9/16/24 update: it has been about 5 years since we have had the fence installed and now have two dogs. We are still very pleased and happy to have the fence for them. It is great!

We had a fence installed recently. The owner and another employee installed the fence and they were professional, polite and understanding with our energetic puppy. The training provided to our puppy and us was easy to understand and a great experience. It is an excellent investment! We are very satisfied.

Hidden Pet Fence has always been great with any issues. It does exactly what it’s supppsed to do and keeps our pet safe.

We’ve had the system for about 5 years and have been very pleased with it.

We have had Hidden Pet Fence for over 10 years at 2 different houses now with 3 different dogs on the system and it has worked great. We just recently adopted a new puppy and Pavel came out to train him on the new system and did a great job. We haven’t had to train a new dog on the system for almost 9 years and he was helpful explaining the training and reminding us of the process. Would definitely recommend for dog owners who do not have a physical fence.

Strongly recommend Hidden Pet Fence. I've been a customer for 3+ years. Charlotte was great with helping us plan and budget for the project. Garrett was our installer and trainer - he was great with our boxer, Kiwi! Most recently, I had to make a service call to repair the line; the damage was my fault (I ordered Frontier fiber internet, forgot to tell Frontier about the buried wire). Pavel was my tech who came out to fix the line, and he was very friendly and professional as well. Overall, this is a great organization with a very customer-oriented approach. Most importantly, the pet fence works - our dog has respected that boundary and stayed within the yard since the day it was installed.

The fence in the service have been awesome. My dog is a little bit, afraid to go outside though. Maybe after a while he will get used to it. At least he won’t be playing in the road!
