Just has our 4th dog trained on the pet fence and second time Pavel has been out to our house. He is professional, courteous and amazing with dogs-there isn’t anyone better!

We have had our hidden pet fence for seven years without issue. Last night the plow truck cut the wire. Pavel was out the next morning and had it diagnosed and fixed. Everything from scheduling to getting the repair completed was handled with great professionalism.

I called and they responded and came out to our house right away Pavel came out and put the fence in right away, great guy and was very gently with our dog

We had Hidden Pet Fence installed several years ago. They have excellent customer service. Over the years, we have needed service calls (snow plow damage or one of us digging in the garden etc) and they have been easy to schedule, on time, efficient and polite. Their rates were better than their competitor's.

Updating with new review in 2024(og from 2020). Moved to a new location and only needed to pay for a rewire since I had my own equipment. Super quick install date. As a bonus Pavel was great with my dog.

This is our second home Hidden Pet Fence has serviced. Installation and training by Pavel at our new home was efficient and effective. Our pup is now safe! After some recent landscaping work our service was interrupted. Pavel diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes. The work was completed in less than 30 minutes. Our thanks for the great work, speedy service, and excellent communication throughout the process.

This fence is magic! We have three reactive dogs with strong chase instincts, and they stay well away from the fence line. I saw this tested in real-time when FedEx delivered a package. Our dogs only stood and looked yearningly from a safe distance -- no barreling down the driveway at full alarm as they otherwise would have. The trainer took less than an hour to familiarize all three dogs with the system, and it was easy to complete the training program on our end. Each collar was customized to the dog's tolerance level; I held them in my hand and walked through the fence, and it's not too bad. Even my 8-year-old could handle it. Only one dog, who's particularly stubborn and/or has a high tolerance, needed a strong enough buzz to unpleasantly sting my hand, but it did the trick, and she stays where she needs to. We started with two(very expensive) halo collars for our pups and to say we were disappointed is an understatement- save yourself the money and the time and START with hidden pet fence. They got us on the schedule quickly, did an amazing job with installation, explaining the ins and outs of our new in ground invisible fence, they even include two sessions to train your dogs for you. Everything from the customer service and pricing to the product is fantastic. I only wish we found them sooner.

I couldn’t be any happier with my hidden pet fence. Ralph was punctual, upfront, & worked very hard on our fence! I had a minor problem that wasn’t his fault and he was there no questions asked to fix it. I was relieved that I didn’t go with someone else. He saved us a few bucks on the price too.
