The owner, Ralph, came out very quickly for an estimate and explained all features of the fence and even gave us different ideas on how to setup our yard so that it was best for our dog. We have had Hidden Pet Fence for 8 years. It works perfect!!! What a great way to keep your dog safe! We recently lost our Pitty on January 4th. of this year. Hidden Pet fence kept her safe all those years. We have since rescued a new puppy. Ralph and his team put in our invisible fence years ago, at my home in Rochester NY. They did a great job doing the installation of the line and installing the electronics. They also spent lots of time with my dog, training her to the new boundaries. We recently got another dog, and they came out to train my puppy in just a few days to stay in the yard. I highly recommend them to put in your invisible dog fence and to do the dog training as well!

Very pleased with the installation and initial training by Mike and Nick. Nick did such a good job filling in where they cut across the driveway that I can barely even see where it was done. Mike was very patient training both of my dogs who have entirely different personalities and thoroughly answered all of my questions.

I manage a large landscape company and we hit the invisible fence wires all the time. This company is fast to get out, and less expensive than other companies. They have fixed over 50 fences for me in the past 15+ years. The office people and the field repair guys are great and make it simple for me to get things done. I recently referred them out to a customer for a fence and they are also happy with them.

Great company to use vs the other invisible fencing company. They are cheaper and faster to get things done. This company came out in 3 days where the other company couldn't come for 4 weeks to repair the line.

We have the most stubborn dog in the world but Hidden Pet Fence was able to keep her in! Its been almost 3 years and we haven't had a failure. It also works inside the house to keep her off the table, counters and out of the garbage and cats litter pan. We just had them back out to train our new English Mastiff puppy and he did great with the trainer. Great company and people to work with

I cannot say enough about the staff here! I went to Hidden Pet Fence due to my Invisible Fence brand fence not working. After replacing two receivers at Invisible Fence that were supposedly bad, my fence still did not work, and I could not get a service appointment for 4 days. I took the collars to Hidden Pet Fence and they found a problem with the rotation of the battery in the collars and were able to get them working. When I got home and found out the fence was still not working, I wanted Hidden Pet Fence to come out and fix vs waiting for my Invisible Fence appointment.

Ralph, the owner, told me that although he would love to fix the problem, he was concerned it was the transmitter not working and would not be able to replace or fix inexpensively being it was still covered under my warranty at Invisible Fence.

Excellent customer service! They got back to us very quickly and Ralph was very through when explaining the installation. All their products are made in the USA and the collar has a call back system which works past the line to ensure safety if your dog runs past the line.

Ralph, the owner, installed hidden pet fence for me 10 years ago. I had the big name competitor's fence at my prior house & after a problem with the collar my dog would no longer stay inside that fence once the collar was fixed. Ralph told me the issue was my dog was afraid to come outside so she ran through the fence. He assured me he could train her to stay with the hidden pet fence system and sure enough, although i honestly doubted it, he was RIGHT! I've had 5 dogs confined to my fencing since then with not a problem until this week when I had a fence break. My dogs are so used to the boundary they stayed in the area while it was out of service with no problem until Mike came out to do the repair. He worked with me to get info on where the break might be and was able to locate and fix the problem. Just like Ralph, he couldn't have been more personable & wonderful...

Ralph did a great job with our new fence system! Everything was done and installed in the timeframe that he promised. The dogs were trained after just one session and have not left the yard since.

Michelle in the office and Nick the service guy - trainer were great to work with. Local, less expensive and way more friendly then "the invisible" company.

They were able to keep both our huskies in! They had to come out 3 more times for training because they are both stubborn as heck. Joy our dogs vet said they were the best and cheapest in town and she was right. I gave Steve a great big hug for being so good with the training aspect. Ralph was the one who did the estimate and he designed the perfect set up of the lined areas to fit our needs.

Please with the friendly staff and it works even when the deer run through the yard, all of the dogs stay in!

I have used Ralph at hidden fence for my home and my summer lake house. One fence is over 14 years old and is still working perfect. We just had them out to train the new puppy and couldn't be happier with the workers that came out to check the fence and train with us in the cold and snow. It was a pleasure to work with them

I got a free estimate and he had ideas on how to lay the perimeter in a few different ways. For only a few bucks more they suggested a way to keep our 2 Grate Danes from running in the landscspe and ruining it. We decided to use hidden pet fence because of their professionalism and the money back guarantee because our breeder says that invisible fencing won't work on this breed. It was put in the following Saturday and we had a few followup training visits that was included in the price. It has works great and we have had no issues. I did have follow up questions on two occasions and they helped me understand how it works to take the dogs for a walk past the line in the driveway. The trainer Steve was awesome to work with and took his time with our block head pup!

Unknown to me, my pups remote failed after using it for 4 dogs over 25 years. I called Hidden Pet Fence of NY. Michelle was helpful and knew I needed a new remote. She set up a visit for their repair person Nick who came as scheduled. He made sure the problem was the remote and showed me how to set it up. Nick made sure my system worked before leaving. Both he and Michelle were friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

This is a great company to work with for invisible dog fencing. They gave me a free estimate and explained how their service and collars worked. We got it put in a week later, and they did 3 training sessions over the next 2 weeks or so. One dog was really stubborn and we were all saying how his learning curve was a challenge to say the least. He is the reason for the third visit. He finally graduated and has been off leash for over 7 years now with no issues. We recently had them out to put a wire inside the house to keep them out of the one side of the house. It works perfect like the outside. They are friendly and they seem to get things done faster than expected. We have never had an issue with the fence and think its one of the best investments for our family.
