When looking for someone to install an invisible fence for our yard we interviewed with four different places. During installation we had a little hiccup, but our landscaper was able to quickly fix. In the event that they were unable, Hidden Fence quickly volunteer to step up to also fix, which was much appreciated. Our fence was installed early this spring (right after the ground thawed) and to date we have not had any issues. Our dogs are staying in our yard and it has been fantastic! the only thing I would recommend is that Hidden Fence of Minnesota provide a manual on the technology for the system. Something that tells you what each code means and the effects that changing it has. It would be nice to not have to submit a service request for simple questions...

We are loving our hidden fence! We are happy to support local, honest companies and hidden fence is just that! Our dog is so much happier that she is able to run freely around the yard. With 2 small kids she was often accidentally let out of the door when they opened it. We no long have that to worry about! She was quick to learn her boundaries. Great service overall. Working with the Hidden Fence team was easy and installation and training went really well. I have a high energy dog, so I was a little worried about installing an underground fence over an actual fence, but I've had zero problems and only had to make one minor adjustment to the system since it was installed.

Bruce and his team were great. We contacted Hidden Fence of Minnesota after interviewing another company and were immediately impressed with the level of customer service we received compared to their competitor. Bruce and his team were out several times to move the perimeter boundary to better suit our dogs, as well as help us find the right correction levels to ensure our dogs would remain in the yard after seeing the geese that tend to frequent our wetlands during the summer.

I travel for work and my time at home is often limited. I contacted Hidden Fence of MN on a Thursday looking to get a fence installed before I had to leave the following Monday. I knew chances were slim they would be able to make it happen for me but that's all the time I had and my dog running out of the yard had become a safety issue. Bruce happened to be in my area and came out to walk my yard and discuss options with me and flagged the area in my yard where the fence was going to be installed. I received a call Saturday morning from Bruce letting me know he was able to get someone out to install the fence that day (on at Saturday).The entire process took 2.5 days. The response every time I called or e mailed with questions was very fast and when they said they would be to my property for installation they were right on time! The directions for the system are very easy and the training of my 3 labs went really well. After 3 days and probably 10 minutes at each training my dogs are fully aware of the system, the limits and are really enjoying the freedom to roam-with limits. This has also given me the security to know that I do not have to worry they will cross the road or bother my neighbors. My dogs do not seem to be bothered by the collar and I leave the collar on all the time, we are on a lake so the dogs are in the water all the time and I like-needed the water proof collars. We are so pleased with our new underground fence! We have two puppies, and after the initial training and the training we were instructed to continue the next few days, I am pleased to say we haven't had any issues with our dogs. Training was really easy! They understand the boundaries in the yard and we haven't had any problems with them trying to leave - even when distracted by other animals and people. I requested a replacement collar since one of our pups is going to be bigger than we expected when we fit him, and it arrived in my mailbox two days later. We have had our hidden fence for about 7 months now. At first our lab mix was afraid to be out in the yard but I appreciated the training we received to get past this. This same dog, however, really likes to chance animals so went through the fence to go after geese and deer. We were able to get a stronger collar and again the training element to work through the issue. It was a proud moment went I saw her just the other day run across the yard barking at the goose in the road but didn't go out of the yard! The install was easy and quick. I appreciated the financing options as well. I have been very pleased with our decision.

I was contacted the day after posting an inquiry online. Dave was very helpful explaining the system highlights and cost. It was very easy to arrange the installation. They were able to schedule it at a time convenient to me. The installer was prompt and courteous and was done in about an hour. He explained how the system worked and conducted the first training session with my dog and me. The dog responded very quickly to the fence, at first seeming curious but quickly decided he wanted no part of crossing the wire. Although I've repeated the process several times, the dog caught on very quickly and seldom gets close enough to the flags to be corrected. I am very pleased with my purchase.

We had our hidden fence installed for our hound mix and chihuahua, and it has been a life saver. The installation process was quick and the cost was definitely fair. Both our dogs were provided with initial training and we were given easy to follow instructions for further training as well.
