Great experience with Hidden Fence of Mn. They were very responsive to our questions, and adaptable to making the system work for us and our dogs. Our batteries ran low in the collars, and they drove them out to our house for us. We're pleased!

Hidden Fence was very timely in reaching out to me after my initial inquiry, but I did not feel pressured to buy. I was hesitant to buy because one of our dogs had a bad experience with a (DIY) invisible fence in the past, but both of our dogs are escape artists and it just became evident that we needed to seriously reinforce our physical fence. When I first inquired with Hidden Fence, they responded fairly quickly and were able to answer all my initial questions. They worked with me and our landlord, answering the questions about the fence that they had as well. They were knowledgable of their product and didn't try to pressure me into making a purchase. One of the major influences in our decision making was that they allowed us to finance the fence through them instead of a third party. I'm skeptical about big claims, but this product has definitely lived up to them! My pup can happily enjoy the yard now and we don't have to worry about her running off. I called Hidden Fence shortly after I got my new puppy. They were kind, courteous, helpful, professional and respectful of my unique fence needs. We scheduled an installation and it could not have gone any better. The installer was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We were very pleased with Hidden Fence and would highly recommend them every time!

The dog collar fits comfortably for my 9lb dog. Great customer service!

It was a great decision for our family because now we don't have to wait outside when it is bitterly cold for Stella to take care of business. Also she has the freedom to roam the yard without being tethered.

The initial training was excellent as it showed my kids how the system worked and gave the whole family an education on how to train Stella about the fence.

Overall it has been a great investment that has allowed our family to enjoy our time outside with out dog more.

We can let our pup roam the yard without concern she'll run. I watched her eyeing a squirrel over the weekend. She knew her boundary. The company provided timely responses to questions. We had our fence install about 6 months ago. We were originally going to install the fence ourselves, but upon doing research and our long honey do list.
