Hidden Fence of Minnesota installed a fence on our property about three years ago. We recently developed a problem, called them, and they came out same day to check it out. The technician, Kenny, was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He quickly determined that the fence was not originally installed properly and Hidden Fence of Minnesota completely reinstalled our fence as warranty work.

Love this company! Almost 4 yrs since installation, not one issue until this past May, which had nothing to do with Hidden Fence. We relocated to Minnesota from Illinois and we wanted another Pet Stop system installed because it works so well with our dogs. I reached out to HFOM and they were super responsive. I had a quote that same day which fit our budget. I worked with Bruce and his team to schedule the installation. They were very flexible on dates and times. A short walk around the property and the installation started. It was simple and minimally invasive. The only indication that HFOM was even there were the flags in the yard. We had our invisible fence installed a month ago and this is by far the best decision we've ever made! Our 3 dogs are enjoying being outside! I just love watching them play and run around. The freedom it gave my dogs is just truly amazing for me.

I called several companies about a quote and Dave was very professional and quick to answer our inquiries. He was able to send me a quote right away after the call and the customer service is phenomenal. They send informational videos and follow-ups which I really like. We were scheduled right away to get our invisible fence in. No long wait time. What is also impressive is they didnt ask for a deposit or any money down until they were done with the job. We hesitated to put in an electric fence but our dog was too sneaky and was going under our fence. She quickly learned her new borders with hidden fence and we do not need the fence turned up high. I rescued two large dogs after Hurricane Ian went through Florida and brought them to Minnesota. They needed space to run and play safely and with Invisible Fence of Central Minnesota I don’t have to worry. Sam took care of everything on his visit and he was friendly, courteous, kind and professional. He explained and proceed till everything was completed! Wish we would have done this sooner. We have 3 dogs - 2 wouldn't stay in the yard - they do now! We had a lot of questions as we were very skeptical it would work as our dogs were not new to the property and all of a sudden they have borders. The flags are the key. We love our Hidden Fence. It was a smart choice we made. We own a nine-month-old Golden Retriever who loves to run. Highly recommend Hidden Fence of MN! We are 1st time pet owners and Mike walked us through the whole process, sent very informative videos and answered all our questions. Mike was very quick to respond as well as getting it installed quickly before winter. In addition, due to the nature of our yard we decided on some "revisions" to layout of the hidden fence, Mike & his team were extremely accommodating! I also have to give big Kudos to Ben the trainer! I decided I could train our Goldendoodle puppy on the fence; however lost my confidence during the process. Within the hour after expressing interest on the computer, I was contacted by the owner Dave. He explained the service and answered my questions. I signed up and by the following week my system was installed. The gentleman gave us a complete training that same day. Through out the week I was sent many additional training videos to watch which were helpful. The service people are friendly, professional, and make sure the customers are satisfied. The service is incredible. They are very responsive and helpful. They respond to texts and calls very quickly and offer free and simple financing. We had a quote from the big name and couldn't believe the difference in price, plus this was just better, friendlier service. They walked us through every line of the bid via video, so there were no questions or surprise charges.
We have a very small yard on a busy road, and a nervous dog. Training took us a little longer than typical because of our dog's personality, but here we are, a month later, and he is running zoomies in our little yard, very much respecting the fence.
