I initially contacted Hidden Fence of MN for a quote because they were a local company and used American made products. I had a quote the same day. Bruce called me the following morning to go over the quote and answer any of my questions. He was very thorough and I felt very comfortable talking him. I thought the price was very reasonable and I was impressed with the guarantees and warranties offered. Three days later we had the system installed. The installer was very professional. He walked the yard with me explaining where the fencing would go and how the system would work. After the installation, he gave me detailed training instructions for our dog Izzie. We had our fence install about 6 months ago. We were originally going to install the fence ourselves, but upon doing research and our long honey do list. We decided to call in a professional to install a fence for our two dogs. Our dogs are a 9 year old Springer Spaniel and a 14 year old Laborador Retreiever. Why did I go with hidden fences? The price, the adjustibility for the two dogs, the features of the collars and the training.

We have had our fence for about 6 months now. I am so glad that I went with Hidden Fence. They came out immediately, had the fence installed within the week and the dogs trained within a day. I have three dogs and all of them can run and play in the yard, get their exercise and I never have to worry about them leaving the yard. When other dogs are walking by, they stay within their boundaries and have never tried to leave the yard. Of course they stand there and bark at the dogs going by, but they never leave.

We had a very positive experience with Hidden Fence of MN. They were very responsive and knowledgeable during the sales process. We were able to set up installation in a timely manner. I was a little disappointed during the training process. The installer spent approx. 10 minutes with my puppy and I was expecting a bit more. But my puppy is now 4 months old and he respects the fence and it seems to be working well. He enjoys being in the yard and we love that he can going anywhere(front yard/back yard) with us!

We had a great experience with Hidden Fence! They were able to come out right away to get us going, and everything went just as they said it would. I was very nervous about shocking our dogs as we had a real fence at our last house. But they started low and we increased the intensity each day until our dogs reacted. I never felt as if the dogs were harmed in any way. The shocks were much more gentle than I expected at first. I would recommend Hidden Fence to anyone. We had our fence installed a couple of months ago. Because out Golden Retriever was only 3 months old, I had some concerns. My concerns were addressed and we had the fence within a week. The installer was very good and explained the controls completely. Could not even tell where it was installed unless you really look for it. Great company! The installation went smoothly and quickly. We appreciate the time that was spent explaining the training process. We had a bad collar and it stopped working after 4 days and they came back the next day to troubleshoot the issue and they replaced the collar.

When looking for someone to install an invisible fence for our yard we interviewed with four different places. We chose Hidden Fence of Minnesota as their prices and customer services best aligned with what we were looking for. During installation we had a little hiccup, but our landscaper was able to quickly fix. In the event that they were unable, Hidden Fence quickly volunteer to step up to also fix, which was much appreciated. Our fence was installed early this spring (right after the ground thawed) and to date we have not had any issues. Our dogs are staying in our yard and it has been fantastic! the only thing I would recommend is that Hidden Fence of Minnesota provide a manual on the technology for the system. We are loving our hidden fence! We are happy to support local, honest companies and hidden fence is just that! Our dog is so much happier that she is able to run freely around the yard. With 2 small kids she was often accidentally let out of the door when they opened it. We no long have that to worry about! She was quick to learn her boundaries.
