We had our fence install about 6 months ago. We were originally going to install the fence ourselves, but upon doing research and our long honey do list. We have had our fence for about 6 months now. I am so glad that I went with Hidden Fence. They came out immediately, had the fence installed within the week and the dogs trained within a day. I have three dogs and all of them can run and play in the yard, get their exercise and I never have to worry about them leaving the yard. When other dogs are walking by, they stay within their boundaries and have never tried to leave the yard. Of course they stand there and bark at the dogs going by, but they never leave.

I was a little disappointed during the training process. The installer spent approx. 10 minutes with my puppy and I was expecting a bit more. The installer was very good and explained the controls completely. Could not even tell where it was installed unless you really look for it. Great company! The installation went smoothly and quickly. We appreciate the time that was spent explaining the training process. We had a bad collar and it stopped working after 4 days and they came back the next day to troubleshoot the issue and they replaced the collar.
