Hidden Fence of Minnesota was great to work with on this process! Once we decided to go with them, they were very prompt on scheduling and the instalation went smoothly. The trainer was very good with our dogs and was very helpful on explaining the in and outs of the system. Very happy with our decision and would definitely recommend them to others!

I was tired of being held hostage by my dog and tired of watching him sit inside all cooped up so we called Hidden Fence. They installed right away and provided great training info and guides. We had what I thought was a malfunction and I asked for help and they got back to me right away and even came out to check the system even though he knew there was nothing wrong. Great service, and cheaper than other competitors.

We feel comfortable letting our puppy off leash now. She is so happy running free in the yard. We do live on a fairly busy street and now we don't have to worry about her getting out. Our experience with Hidden Fence has been awesome. They are very good about following up with how everything is going. We are currently in the middle of putting a sprinkler system in our backyard and Hidden Fence suggested waiting until the irrigation was complete to trench in the line for the hidden fence with the thought that the line may accidentally get cut in the process. We appreciated this insight and Hidden Fence agreed to come bury the line once our irrigation work was complete. They are professional and fast to respond to any inquiries!

However, our decision to go with them came from the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service that we received when inquiring about the fence. We worked with Dave, Bruce and Tim, and all of them were down to earth, honest, and helpful. When we had some interference with the frequencies from the fence next door, they came out immediately and upgraded us to a system that would work with the other fence, at no cost to us! I was very pleased with the entire process of getting our hidden fence. I was contacted right away after I asked for a quote and they did not try to upsell me. The installation was scheduled quickly and the training we got was great. Our dog loves being outside and we feel good knowing he is safe in our yard! I told a friend about our fence and she got one installed 2 weeks later too.

We loved their fast turn around time from agreeing to get the fence to having it installed. The step up program in training worked wonders for us and our Newfie mix.

Hidden Fence was very timely in reaching out to me after my initial inquiry, but I did not feel pressured to buy. I was hesitant to buy because one of our dogs had a bad experience with a (DIY) invisible fence in the past, but both of our dogs are escape artists and it just became evident that we needed to seriously reinforce our physical fence. David reassured me that professionally-installed systems often have more correction levels to ease dogs into the transition, and he thought they could help our dog. As soon as we made the decision to go ahead, the installation was scheduled and completely promptly, even in the winter. They laid wire for now and will come back in the spring to bury it. The training and installation were both excellent, though we did have to modify the training based on our specific dogs and situation. That is no reflection on Hidden Fence though-- we just know...

When I first inquired with Hidden Fence, they responded fairly quickly and were able to answer all my initial questions. They worked with me and our landlord, answering the questions about the fence that they had as well. They were knowledgable of their product and didn't try to pressure me into making a purchase. One of the major influences in our decision making was that they allowed us to finance the fence through them instead of a third party. It was nice to work with a local company instead of a chain as well. I have text them several times with questions since our purchase and they always get back to us very quickly. I wasn't there for the install or the initial training with our dogs, but my wife thought they were very professional and helpful. I am glad I chose Hidden Fence, and will contact them again for another install should we move. I feel better about my dogs...

I'm skeptical about big claims, but this product has definitely lived up to them! My pup can happily enjoy the yard now and we don't have to worry about her running off. I called Hidden Fence shortly after I got my new puppy. They were very helpful but also professional and respectful. Installation could not have gone any better. I called Hidden Fence shortly after I got my new puppy. They were kind, courteous, helpful, professional and respectful of my unique fence needs. We scheduled an installation and it could not have gone any better. The installer was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We were very pleased with Hidden Fence and would highly recommend them every time!

The dog collar fits comfortably for my 9lb dog. Great customer service!

Bruce was great. Always on time and responsive. For example my puppy (bless his heart) chewed his hidden fence collar and I had a new one asap. I would use them again for sure!

It was a great decision for our family because now we don't have to wait outside when it is bitterly cold for Stella to take care of business. Also she has the freedom to roam the yard without being tethered.

The initial training was excellent as it showed my kids how the system worked and gave the whole family an education on how to train Stella about the fence.

Overall it has been a great investment that has allowed our family to enjoy our time outside with out dog more.
