We loved their fast turn around time from agreeing to get the fence to having it installed. The step up program in training worked wonders for us and our Newfie mix.

When I first inquired with Hidden Fence, they responded fairly quickly and were able to answer all my initial questions. They worked with me and our landlord, answering the questions about the fence that they had as well. They were knowledgable of their product and didn't try to pressure me into making a purchase. One of the major influences in our decision making was that they allowed us to finance the fence through them instead of a third party. It was nice to work with a local company instead of a chain as well. I have text them several times with questions since our purchase and they always get back to us very quickly. I'm skeptical about big claims, but this product has definitely lived up to them! My pup can happily enjoy the yard now and we don't have to worry about her running off. I called Hidden Fence shortly after I got my new puppy. They were kind, courteous, helpful, professional and respectful of my unique fence needs. We scheduled an installation and it could not have gone any better. The installer was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We were very pleased with Hidden Fence and would highly recommend them every time!

The dog collar fits comfortably for my 9lb dog. Great customer service!

Bruce was great. Always on time and responsive. For example my puppy (bless his heart) chewed his hidden fence collar and I had a new one asap. I would use them again for sure!

It was a great decision for our family because now we don't have to wait outside when it is bitterly cold for Stella to take care of business. Also she has the freedom to roam the yard without being tethered.

The initial training was excellent as it showed my kids how the system worked and gave the whole family an education on how to train Stella about the fence.

Overall it has been a great investment that has allowed our family to enjoy our time outside with out dog more.

I initially contacted Hidden Fence of MN for a quote because they were a local company and used American made products. I had a quote the same day. Bruce called me the following morning to go over the quote and answer any of my questions. He was very thorough and I felt very comfortable talking him. I thought the price was very reasonable and I was impressed with the guarantees and warrantees offered. Three days later we had the system installed. The installer was very professional. He walked the yard with me explaining where the fencing would go and how the system would work. After the installation, he gave me detailed training instructions for our dog Izzie.
