Hidden Fence of Minnesota

Hidden Fence was recommended by a satisfied neighbor. The price was good, service was great and my dogs no longer "trespass" on to the next door property.

We had an amazing experience with Hidden Fence of Minnesota. We had a hidden fence installed April 2017. I researched several other companies and everything always kept pointing back to Hidden Fence of Minnesota. Our experience with them has been top notch from start to finish. Dave walked me through all the options and answered all of my questions. They were easy to work with on an installation schedule. They came out and installed the system for our 2 acres and it took about 3 hours from start to finish.. He was great!! Very friendly! Bruce helped train the dogs and was great to work with as well. I can't say enough about how great our WHOLE experience was!!! Thank you Hidden Fence!

We needed a little extra coaching for our dog and responded quickly with great advise. widh we did have to take cover off control panel make adjustments.

Bruce and the team at hidden fence provide outstanding service. We've had our system for four years and every time we had a problem (gas company cut line, new driveway) they have fixed the fence quickly and professionally. We had an amazing experience with Hidden Fence of Minnesota. I was able to request a quote through their website and got it emailed to me within minutes. The prices were available on the email and explained the different product options. I was unfamiliar with the product, so asked on my email to have someone call me. I received a call that same day and many of my questions were answered. I felt no pressure to buy. After speaking with them a couple of times, we were able to set up a time for installation.
The day of installation the person who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product and how it would work for our breed of dog. There are 3 products to choose from, and the person who installed did an excellent job of making sure we picked the right product. Installation was quick and left very minimal marks on our lawn.

We had a great experience with the Hidden Fence team. We were referred by friends of ours, submitted for some estimates, and asked many questions. The team was always available via phone or text and quick to respond.

We had one mix-up with a collar setting and they were on it, at our house the next morning to resolve the issue. On another occasion, our pup chewed up and broke his collar, they were quick to come out and help us acquire a new collar for him the very next day.

Our dog is no longer limited to the back yard and loves the freedom that he has following us where ever we go in our yard and the best part is, we do not have to worry about him.

We have 3 adult dogs that have a bad habit of going on adventures without us. Sometimes they would be gone overnight and come home smelling rather ripe. We were skeptical of underground fencing, but decided to give it a try after other methods failed. This has been the best investment we have ever made! It only took a few weeks for them to learn their boundaries. I only wish we would have done this years ago. Hidden Fence of MN is reasonable in price and a pleasure to work with. It was also super simple to receive a bid: He didn't require an onsite visit. Rather, I just sent our yard dimensions and features to him and presto. No hidden costs and we were able to have the system installed promptly. I was also quite pleased with the onsite training after the system was installed and the follow-ups to ensure we were satisfied.

Hidden Fence installed our invisible fence in early May 2017 and we are extremely happy we selected them over other options. We found their customer service be top notch and no high pressure sales tactics, just honest straight forward quote with clear explanation of all options. Their original quote was hundreds of dollars less than others that we received. Even better when the installer was on site, after seeing our yard and dog, he downgraded our system choice - meaning he saved us money and he noted the basic system would be more than adequate. Their training tips and videos made the training a breeze and now our dog is running free in the yard with no worries that she will run off after the deer or neighborhood children. Besides an already great price we were offered a few other discount options if we were willing to do some minimal help in the process which was an option greatly appreciated. The installer was great. Very informative and professional. Installation went very well and they took the time to help train. It was very casual and he made us feel like we could have all the time needed to feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything very well. After 30 days the dogs are doing very well, especially with all distractions in the neighborhood. (dogs, walkers and wild animals which we have many of) They always stay in the yard.
