Hidden Fence of Minnesota

I had my Hidden Fence installed 15 years ago, and am blown away by the customer service and product every time. I've had 2 dogs, and just had to get a new collar (it lasted THAT long). In the rare instance that there is an issue, Bruce calls you back right away and is so great at troubleshooting. I'm so glad I made the decision to go with Hidden Fence years ago, thanks for keeping my pups safe and in the yard!!! :)

With a new puppy we weren't sure what to expect or how to train. The Hidden Fence crew did an awesome job of helping us figure it all out. The whole process was easy and the customer service has been awesome. We highly recommend!

We installed our fence in the spring and our only regret has been that we didn't get it earlier. Hidden Fence of MN has same product but more affordable than competitor's prices. One of our pups chewed on our other dogs collar, and they sent us a replacement right away. They are responsive and care about their customers.

Love Hidden Fence of Mn. I had my first HFMN system put In back in the early 2000's. I always received great customer service, they have a quality product and always went above and beyond for the customer. Now to 2017. I recently purchased a new home. I was looking to put in another system. I tried calling the other places that install underground fence closer to my new home. I was just a number to them. And the price and the way I was treated was dissatisfiing. So I called HFMN. I couldn't believe how I was treated. I was treated like I was part of the family. The same way I was treated almost 20 years ago! The quality of the products and cusomer sevice are still awesome. American made and family owned. They didnt try and sell me anything I didn't need. Installed my system when I actually wanted installed. Installers did a great job, made sure I knew how to operate the controller...

I was never pressured to consider a more expensive option, and in fact saved money after explaining exactly how I planned to use the fence at my water access point to the technician on install day. One of the best companies I've dealt with for a home service, from first contact through the end of the 30 day training period.

David was the first person I spoke to and he helped me understand the options and to set a date to get it done. Michael installed the line and ensured I was comfortable with the training guidelines and answered all my questions. Every contact we have had from the initial inquiry to follow up support has been top rate customer service. Hidden Fence and its people came very highly recommended from a friend whose parents and brother both used them. We couldn't be more pleased.

I don't write reviews often but this company has gone above and beyond. I researched which options would be the safest and most effective for my dogs and this system was just that. I called two other companies who were good but I felt a bit rushed and locked into a deal before having a chance to think it over. With hidden fences I received a quick response, up front pricing, and answers to all of my many questions. When the installer came out he was beyond friendly, walked me through the entire process, and said that if I need retraining for my very stubborn dogs they would come out again free of charge. The best part is how well my dogs learned the perimeter. Follow the training plan and you will maintain beautiful property views while keeping your pup's in the yard.

Hidden Fence of MN was amazing! We have had the system for 3 months and had no issues. They came out right away and the price was competitive with other major companies. Training was very simple and they answered all of our questions. Adjusting the system during training was easy and our life is much more stress free not having to worry about our 2 dogs running off every time one of the kids opens the door. Best thing we did for us and our dogs and highly recommend Hidden Fence.

I called one other competitor and I was blown away to then call hidden fence, and learn it was the same technology exactly. hidden fence had the competition beat hands down with advice, service , training COST! Glad we went with Hidden Fence of MN, installation was quick and easy, the price was better than others and the size of the collars were a better fit for our smaller dogs. We were happy with the training, the system is easy to use and both of our dogs were able to adapt to the changes in their environment without any issues. It is so nice not to have to chase down a loss dog and for the dogs to understand their boundaries. Very glad we chose to work with Hidden Fence of MN.

I waited about 4 months to write this to be sure. I could not be happier with this purchase. I never felt any pressure to go with Hidden Fence through any of the decision making process. We did have a little problem with one of the battery packs after a couple of months, and a new one was sent out quickly without any questions asked.
