Hidden Fence of Minnesota

We appreciated our experience with Hidden fence as they helped us with our 2 large dogs and were great at explaining everything. They came back twice to help out and communication was so good. We have had a great experience with these folks!

I have a do-it-yourself husband who was planning to install invisible fencing since we got our puppy in March, since that didn't look like it was going to happen before winter set in, I contacted Dave at Invisible Fence of Minnesota. Dave was very helpful in answering all of my questions down to the very unique details of installing this on our irregular property. From the time my husband gave me the approval to hire Invisible Fence of Minnesota to install it for us to the time it actually was installed was one week and would have been quicker if we hadn't been heading out of town for MEA. We were very happy with the install and instructions following it to properly operate the system. We've worked some with our Labradoodle and she's been very responsive to the visual with the flags, as well as the 3 beeps to warn her. We've not been diligent in completely following the training...

I thought I already rated Hidden Fence a 5 from when we had a fence installed in June 2016, but a recent service issue reminded me how great they are. The fence worked so well that our dog hasn’t wore his collar for over a year. Recently, he’s been leaving the property. We went to test the color before putting it back on and something wasn’t working. I called thinking I’d be out some $$ for a service call. Bruce had other plans! He had me check a few things and was quickly able to walk me through fixing the issue. If I could give two sets of 5 stars, I would!

Really great experience with Hidden Fence of Minnesota! Our golden retriever decided he needed to say hello to everyone and we live on a well traveled road - we were fearful he was going to get hit by a car. I called the company on Wednesday, they installed the fence on Friday and the dog was nearly 100% trained by Sunday. It was a super easy process and company to work with and I would strongly Bruce and his team. We also took advantage of the payment plan and that is a gem of a deal in the months before the holidays! Thank you!

Bruce and his team at Hidden Fence are great. Super responsive to emails and questions. Flexible about installation and multiple price points to work with. Our golden doodle Toby absolutely loves the freedom to run around the yard, and it’s much easier to put him out for potty or play time.

Training was a breeze and Toby was very receptive. He hasn’t broken through the fence in several weeks, despite many distractions to do so!

We had an issue a few days in with the system. We had adjusted the level and done it incorrectly. Bruce was quick to respond to our inquiry and walked me through the super easy steps to resolve the issue in a matter of seconds.

The installation and training went incredibly well. I have a 75lb black lab who can jump almost 5 feet straight up. Within 3 weeks he was fully trained to the yard boundaries or across driveway line. Amazingly simple even with neighbors who also have a electric dog fence.

I had my Hidden Fence installed 15 years ago, and am blown away by the customer service and product every time. I've had 2 dogs, and just had to get a new collar (it lasted THAT long). In the rare instance that there is an issue, Bruce calls you back right away and is so great at troubleshooting. I'm so glad I made the decision to go with Hidden Fence years ago, thanks for keeping my pups safe and in the yard!!! :)

Love Hidden Fence of Mn. I had my first HFMN system put In back in the early 2000's. I always received great customer service, they have a quality product and always went above and beyond for the customer. Now to 2017. I recently purchased a new home. I was looking to put in another system. I tried calling the other places that install underground fence closer to my new home. I was just a number to them. And the price and the way I was treated was dissatisfiing. So I called HFMN. I couldn't believe how I was treated. I was treated like I was part of the family. The same way I was treated almost 20 years ago! The quality of the products and cusomer sevice are still awesome. American made and family owned. They didnt try and sell me anything I didn't need.
