A few months ago, I called a few different companies for an invisible fence quote. While the estimates were all pretty close to each other, I ultimately decided on Hidden Fence because of their superior customer service. I didn’t feel like I was just purchasing a product/service, but also assistance throughout the entire process, along with assistance after the install if needed. And that’s exactly what we got!

Courtney with Hidden Fence was wonderful to work with and the resources they sent via email prior to our install date made us feel very comfortable with their system and what to expect during training.

Hidden Fence it works!! It works! The whole process works excellent if you listen to there suggestions.
It has been wonderful from the begging before they install the Hidden Fence, then installing the fence, then the training of ME & the dogs before they leave. The app that shows me if dogs tried leaving I like a lot. So I can see if they tried to leave & how many times per day. I can see if it’s working or If I need to higher # on correction on the collar.
I really liked after using for the Hidden Fence for 2 weeks I had a couple questions. I can text them & talk to them. I did both. Very helpful! Hidden Fence of Minnesota responded to our inquiry about their services almost immediately. We were contacted via email and phone within a day of filling out a request form online. We had actually “hired” Invisible Fence Inc.(not great reviews) before we discovered Hidden Fence of Minnesota (glowing reviews). A “Meet and Greet” consultation at our property was offered during the first phone call which we gladly accepted.
We never felt pressured to listen to a long-winded sales pitch or felt like we had to decide immediately. In fact, we were advised to talk it over and decide what would be best for our situation. I had my Hidden Fence installed for my last dog, so I honestly can't even say how long I've used them (my guess is 17 years) and they have been nothing but exceptional. Every single time I'd had any issue, they have responded right away. Today I called, and Mike tried to walk me through steps to avoid me having to pay for a service call. They didn't work. So Rob came out within 2 hours of our call. He seemed to have fixed the issue, but then tested it out, and even brought his cute dog Diggs to lure my dog. Turns out, my super old transmitter needed replacing. He fixed it quickly, double and triple checked again to make sure it was working. I know this may not seem like a big deal to many, but when your favorite family member could get out and roam away, it is a urgent matter. Texted Mike that our "Invisible Fence" was beeping. He had Ben come out. The reason it was beeping was that the back-up battery was spent and we needed a new one. Mike sent me the battery we needed and I ordered it.

We had a very positive, and quick, experience with Hidden Fence. After inquiring, I heard back incredibly quickly. I had some questions, so I called. A man, I believe the owner, spoke to me for about 45 minutes. He answered all of my questions and steered me towards the cheapest option. He told me I didn’t need this, or that upgrade wasn’t necessary for my situation. I was very impressed that he wasn’t just trying to get my money, but rather help me find the best, and cheapest option for us.

The installed within a week. Checked back in shortly thereafter.
