Texted Mike that our "Invisible Fence" was beeping. He had Ben come out. The reason it was beeping was that the back-up battery was spent and we needed a new one. Mike sent me the battery we needed and I ordered it.
Hidden Fence is outstanding. Ever since Inviable Fence closed down in Minnesota we have been working with Hidden Fence. We are so lucky as Hidden Fence is the BEST. thank you Mike and Ben!

We installed hidden fence for our rescue pup about a month ago. It’s working great for us. The installer Ben was super helpful and very knowledgeable. All other staff have been very helpful answering our questions and even called us once on a weekend! We would highly recommend!

We have had our system for 2-3 years and have been very satisfied and it was less than another bid. Recently our receiver/collar needed replacement!! They were so responsive and love the east texting customer service! I highly recommend!

Hidden Fence made the process so much better than we had imagined. We looked at a couple of different options, and their localness, constant informative check-ins via email, and professionalism on site has been second to none. With their guidance and check-ins, training went so smoothly and quicker than prescribed. Our dogs are very happy with the freedom to move around and also the security of knowing their limits. Got our fence installed in the winter , they were fantastic to work with and when we have a cut line they are fast to respond and to fix ! Very very good company !

Hidden Fence came out on short notice, before winter hit. The owner answered all my questions on the phone and made sure I knew what I was purchasing. The install was professional and they followed up routinely to make sure I was on track to having my dog fully trained with the fence. It was all done for much less than the competitor.

We had a very positive, and quick, experience with Hidden Fence. After inquiring, I heard back incredibly quickly. I had some questions, so I called. A man, I believe the owner, spoke to me for about 45 minutes. He answered all of my questions and steered me towards the cheapest option. He told me I didn’t need this, or that upgrade wasn’t necessary for my situation. I was very impressed that he wasn’t just trying to get my money, but rather help me find the best, and cheapest option for us.

The installed within a week. Checked back in shortly thereafter.

We say it everyday, we couldn’t be more happy with our new fence. Our dogs learned quickly and love the freedom they have! Hidden Fence was very responsive and easy to work with. They followed up after installation and a few weeks after to check in on training. We had a small issue with one side interfering with our neighbors and they came out the next morning to check and they just needed to check the frequency. They’ve been great!

The previous organization couldn't fit me in for 2 months. I don't like to have dogs tied out and they don't either, after a month of getting tangled, damage to landscape and other, I contacted Hidden Fence of MN. While I was frustrated, they were calm and kind and able to be at my home the next day. The training was amazing, they came back a couple times and trained more. They even brought a team (trainer and dog) to ensure my pups could face temptations. Just an amazing organization. There when you need them and truly care about what they do! I recommend Hidden Fence of MN and the team they have working with them!

Huge shout out for Hidden Fence of Minnesota. This organization and team are top notch. They care about what they do and are there any time to help you ensure your pups learn the fencing systems. They are quick to respond and meet your needs as well as re-visits. I am about 6 weeks post installation, and my pups are safe, trained and happy to be running, playing and having the freedom in my yard.
