I had my fence installed about 3 weeks ago now. I have three dogs. I had so many questions up front. Bruce was very thorough and took the time with me to answer all my questions. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies. The training had been going great - better than I expected! I’m still a bit nervous about the dogs breaking through - especially when they see other dogs (that’s a hard temptation to resist!) but so far so good! I highly recommend Hidden Fence!

We've had great experience with them. Install went very smoothly, they were very helpful with training our dog. Recently we had a mishap with a collar and they were very responsive and resolved it quickly. Definitely recommend.

Technician was thorough and answered all of our questions and made sure we had a good sense of how the fence worked before he left. We had an existing system when we purchased our home, but with the recent addition of a physical fence for our backyard, some damage was done to the line in multiple places. The technician provided multiple solutions with varying costs (which by the way, were competitive or cheaper than other solutions provided by other companies) and helped guide us to what would be best solution. Our dog loves being able to be out in our front yard with us and our children and we feel a lot more at ease that he is safer from the vehicle traffic on our street.

We are so glad we went with Hidden Fence of MN. Everyone right up to the owner is extremely responsive, prompt, and timely. We ended up bringing them in to do the full 5 day training and the trainer was so great to work with. He said after working with our pup that he wanted another dog of his own! Getting everyone used to the hidden fence vs a traditional fence has had it's challenges, but we definitely feel they are worth it!

This review is long overdue! We are now entering our third summer with our Hidden Fence. We love the fact that our Lucy can roam freely throughout the entire yard. The training period was very thorough and the follow up calls were answered quickly. We were so pleased with our hidden fence that we referred two other families and they are now also happy customers. I contacted Hidden Fence to get pricing for in ground fencing for our Golden Retriever. They got back to me quickly with a quote adding in any discounts that we qualified for. We were able to get the fence installed quickly and has been working wonderfully for our dog. Hidden Fence is an awesome product! Our neighbors purchased the competitor, invisible fence, and hands down we not only have the better product, exceptional customer service, smart phone access and paid 700.00 less for the same amount of coverage. The neighbors had installation 3 months before we did Hidden Fence and had to have someone come out 4 times to adjust the system as they do not offer the smart phone control. They did not get their line buried until 6 weeks after Hidden Fence buried ours. Every call we made to Bruce was answered respectfully and professionally. We love knowing our little one is now safe to run around the yard. This gave him some freedom from the leash. He has done very well with only running outside the fence once which is very impressive. I love the app as I can turn on his night light when he is outside so I can easily see him. I highly recommend this product if you are looking into a hidden fence system.

Cheaper than Invisible Fence. More of a family business feel. We have the sense that whatever goes right or wrong over the life of our pets with our property’s new boundary, they will be a quick phone call or even text away for assistance. Responded to texts immediately, arrived on time and helped us with decisions about our layout. Simple and reliable collar system. A month ago, my sister and I had Hidden Fence install a fence for our dog, Darcy. We are very satisfied. Dave was our initial contact and he explained the system, options available and the cost of each. Unlike another salesman we had contacted, Dave did not push any option and listened to what we needed and wanted. Michael did the installation and was very thorough. We also received written questions as well as a video to reiterate what he explained. Bruce was available for questions after installation and responded when we first called. We did not receive a response following our second call. Darcy is now trained and we love the fence - and strongly recommend Hidden Fence!

Hidden Fence was put in due to our dog climbing the fence and getting out. After consulting with the team at Hidden Fence we also put the system around the flower beds. When we called Hidden Fence this winter, they came out and put in a temporary line, trained our dog and solved our problem immediately. This spring Hidden Fence came out and installed the permanent line. They have been very responsive to every question we have had and were very friendly and easy to work with.

The team at Hidden Fence have been amazing from the beginning. Bruce has always been very responsive to texts and emails and was always happy to answer any questions we had. We didn’t think this would keep our stubborn dog from chasing critters, but Bruce took the time to clearly explain the training process and why he thought otherwise. We got our fence installed in 2018, and our dog was fully trained within 2 weeks and to this day will not leave the boundary. When we got another new puppy this past year, the dogs together got a bit more courageous with testing the boundary to the very edge, which was extremely close to the walking path just off of our yard and was a bit intimidating to neighbors passing by.
