From the beginning of the process, everyone at Hidden Fence was friendly, efficient, open and honest with us. We heard back from the in a very timely manner and the fence was installed in a couple hours. The installer and fence trainer were very knowledgeable and helpful with answering our questions and letting us know the next steps to train our dog. Our dog is much happier now as he has free reign of the whole yard!

My husband, dogs and I are very happy with the staff at Hidden Fence who helped us as well as the products! All staff were very professional, punctual and told us that they would provide us with as many training sessions as we needed since are one dog is a 9 yr old re-homed dog that has been challenged with separation anxiety and is just overly anxious. It really only took a couple of times for them to come out and give us good tips for her and for our other small dog. What sold us with Hidden Fence was their training sessions and we also really like that their collars are rechargeable versus having to continue buying batteries. Thank you Hidden Fence!

We got Ollie, our Mini Australian Shepard, in May of this year and knew right away when we got him that we would need a fencing system of some sort. We have 5 acres of land on a busy 55 mph county road, so we needed something reliable and that we had complete peace of mind knowing Ollie would be safe when we let him out. Hidden Fence of Minnesota was very timely in responses and communications. The value provided was the best around. In truth, a yard was one of the biggest driving factors in us buying a single-family home. Hidden Fence of Minnesota made it so we could enjoy our hard work even more, with the peace of mind that our baby is safe, but also comfortable enough to enjoy our whole yard. Installation was quick and easy, and the men who installed the system were obviously very experienced and comfortable with the system as a whole, along with showing me how it worked, and effective ways of training my dog.

We are very pleased with our new invisible fence and the service provided by the staff at Hidden Fences. I was contacted the same day I requested information. The options and prices they offered with the additional discount for cash made the choice an easy one. Our fence was installed in less than 2 weeks from my original inquiry. Technician arrived on time (even though it was raining). He offered to come back another time for the training but it had quit raining by the time he was done, so we were able to do the training as well. Our dog learned the boundaries very quickly, in even less time than the trainer told us she would. Our dog has the freedom to roam our large lot, and I can let her out without watching every second.

This has been a great experience for our dogs. With a busy neighborhood and three high energy dogs, this has been instrumental in all of us going outside peacefully. It has been working really well for 2 of the 3. One of them is more stubborn than the other two but we also did not complete his training as instructed - this is our failure rather than failure of the system. Would 100% recommend. Very thorough and patient teaching from the installer and he was not only on time but super efficient and very professional.

The hidden fence system has been amazing for our two small dogs. We no longer have to deal with tangled tie outs, dogs wrapped around bushes and landscaping lights, etc. Our dogs now have free range of our yard and are so happy!
From the initial email to the final install, the team at Hidden Fence were so friendly/helpful! We researched a few other companies, these guys were $1000 (YES ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!) cheaper than another company, with only three day lead time vs three weeks.

Hidden Fence of MN installed our system 17 years ago and it has worked great. The only problems we've encountered were caused by us or a 3rd party (snow plow, utility company, etc...).

What is most impressive is their service, they are super responsive and as helpful today as they were when they were trying to earn our business. They have earned it many times over. I wish more companies serviced their customers as well as Bruce and his staff. Can't recommend them enough.

After 5 years of living in a home where our dog needed to be on a leash every time we walked out the door, working from home full-time with a dog barking to go out while I was on zoom calls finally did me in. We called Hidden Fence (and also the other guys). Looking at the bids, we chose Hidden Fence for the quality and the price. They were able to come quickly and installed our fence efficiently. The result has been a life-changer. Being about to let Milo outside without having to go with him has been great for us ... but also great for Milo. As a primarily beagle mix, he'd never been able to just wander the the yard following his nose by himself and now he can. Hidden Fence was a win/win for all of us and I recommend them to anyone.

We installed Hidden Fence a month ago and are very pleased with the overall effectiveness and customer service. I received quotes from a competitor and both cost of system and ability to come out the next week to install blew the competitor away. I also had a follow up a week later to reroute the fence and they came out 2 days later to retrench it. I would highly recommend Hidden Fence.

When you fall in love with your puppy, you care how someone else treats your puppy. That’s one of the reasons I loved working with Hidden Fence of MN. They were easy to work with start to finish and they took the time to connect with our dog as they showed us how to train him. They also took the time to field questions when our cute little puppy 😉 kept blowing through the fence when he saw a bike go by. Reward was greater than the risk until we dialed up the intensity a bit! We are very happy with our experience with Hidden fence and love working with a family owned business.

Love this Mn based company. Very quick in responding to get a price quote and after the fence was installed. I had a question after the fence was installed and Bruce responded so fast. My dog is so happy that he has this freedom now.
