My husband, dogs and I are very happy with the staff at Hidden Fence who helped us as well as the products! All staff were very professional, punctual and told us that they would provide us with as many training sessions as we needed since are one dog is a 9 yr old re-homed dog that has been challenged with separation anxiety and is just overly anxious. It really only took a couple of times for them to come out and give us good tips for her and for our other small dog. In truth, a yard was one of the biggest driving factors in us buying a single-family home. We are very pleased with our new invisible fence and the service provided by the staff at Hidden Fences. I was contacted the same day I requested information. The options and prices they offered with the additional discount for cash made the choice an easy one. Our fence was installed in less than 2 weeks from my original inquiry. Technician arrived on time (even though it was raining). He offered to come back another time for the training but it had quit raining by the time he was done, so we were able to do the training as well. Our dog learned the boundaries very quickly, in even less time than the trainer told us she would. Our dog has the freedom to roam our large lot, and I can let her out without watching every second. This has been a great experience for our dogs. With a busy neighborhood and three high energy dogs, this has been instrumental in all of us going outside peacefully. It has been working really well for 2 of the 3. One of them is more stubborn than the other two but we also did not complete his training as instructed - this is our failure rather than failure of the system. Would 100% recommend. The hidden fence system has been amazing for our two small dogs. We no longer have to deal with tangled tie outs, dogs wrapped around bushes and landscaping lights, etc. Our dogs now have free range of our yard and are so happy!

Hidden Fence of MN installed our system 17 years ago and it has worked great. The only problems we've encountered were caused by us or a 3rd party (snow plow, utility company, etc...).

What is most impressive is their service, they are super responsive and as helpful today as they were when they were trying to earn our business. They have earned it many times over.
