We are so happy we went with Hidden Fence over the competition. All of the employees we were in contact with were friendly, informative and get back to us so quickly. They have awesome pricing/payment options and are willing to go with what works best for the pet owner. The fence itself works great, everything was easy to understand and use and our puppy caught on quick! We would highly recommend you use Hidden Fence!

We would highly recommend using Hidden Fence! They are GREAT communicators and have tons of valuable information on the product and training your dog. Install went smooth and initial training went well. Our puppy was 14 weeks when we got our fence, and now at 18 weeks she knows exactly where to go and not go!

The Hidden fence team was very professional and efficient with the fence install. They did a great job of explaining how to best train your dog. It has allowed our dog a lot more freedom to patrol our yard, but feel confident he won’t bolt after a squirrel.

Everything was a great experience all around. Answered every question timely whenever need be. Great customer service. I love being able of use a local company and know my dog no longer chases squirrels across the street.

Had Hidden Fence install our fence and it was done so quickly - amazing! We have a pretty large property as well. The guy who installed it was very helpful in walking through what he was doing and also how to train the dog! I also appreciate contractors who do a clean job and the wires were all tied up nicely! Everyone I talked to was wonderful, installer was very nice, explanation of how to use the system was very easy to understand.

We used Hidden Fence to contain a couple of “problem children” doggies that like to climb, jump our chain link fence and open gates! Hidden Fence got us scheduled quickly, answered all our questions, was about half the price of other systems we were looking at. Took a few weeks for the dogs to learn their boundaries, but they did learn and stopped escaping!

We recently had Hidden Fence of Minnesota install a fence in our yard. Working with the staff was a very pleasant experience. We received a response to our request immediately. They were able to install the fence within 1 week of our first contact. I was so relieved as it was nearing the late fall and we wanted a fence installed before the ground froze.
The installation was quick and easy - training was thorough and easy to follow. They provided great information that we could refer to should we need to. Our rescue dog was very submission and did not want to even put the collar on after the first day. Bruce worked with me and we had success after a couple days.
The fence is working perfectly - so glad we did not spend the extra money to put an enclosed fence in.

We chose Hidden Fence mainly because others raved about their customer service and this being our first dog to use an invisible fence for we know we needed extra support. Their follow up is amazing...there to answer all your questions. We had to do the safe training as our dog did get a bit skiddish post training but it’s going well as we’re going slow. He’s broken out a few times but we know the triggers (other dogs) so we keep working. I’m impressed how fast dogs learn. Just remember for some if you’re patient and go slow the payoff is there. Hidden Fence of Mn is a great company to work with and we have nothing but good things to say about our invisible fence. Our Jack Russell has been a big challenge and loves to run. He was completely trained after three weeks.
This fence has put a stop to our worries of running out of the yard and getting lost. They have plenty of room to roam in both the front and backyard! I highly recommend this company and the product. They were also very prompt in returning our calls when we had questions.

Very professional, peony, quickly to respond to phone calls about all aspects from initial prove quote to installation to questions once we had used it for a few days. It works!! My dog is a nut for chasing everything- especially squirrels and birds and he knows right where he needs to stop. Once we got to the right level our training progressed very rapidly. I have zero regrets and would recommend to anyone who is interested. Both the dog and I enjoy our new found freedom.

We were very impressed with HFoM. They were great to work with and able to get our installation scheduled very quickly. The gentleman who came out and did the actual installation was very nice and helpful, and he definitely seemed to know what he was doing. I received price quotes from several competing companies and HFoM had the best pricing. I don't feel like I missed out on anything by choosing the most affordable option. I would definitely recommend.
