Why I chose Hidden Fence over the competitor:
1. They offered a smart system and were honest about possible tech issues I might experience (although the app was updated just before I bought it and I have not had one issue with any of my three dogs).
2. The competitor was rude, arrogant and they are no longer a locally owned franchise. Their prices are too high and they do not offer “smart” technology – apparently, they are working on it.
3. The competitor focused on the putting down Hidden Fence, but Hidden Fence never once said anything negative about the competitor – that says a lot to someone’s character.

We purchased our Hidden Fence last Fall. The installer was friendly and helpful. We followed the instructions and within a week or two I was pretty confident the dog was going to respect the fence and stay in the yard. We live by a busy street, so I wanted to be 100% confident the dog would stay in our yard. I grabbed some of the dog’s favorite treats and tried to lure the dog into the street. I did this at various locations around the perimeter of our yard and the dog never attempted to leave the yard. Each time I rewarded the dog for staying in the yard. I had a debate with a friend about buying this fence or one from amazon that was cheaper. I ended up following the recommendation of our dog trainer and am very happy with the purchase.

everything went very smooth. they answered all my questions instal was great you don't have to do anything. they spent time with me on how to use the system and with our dog. Hidden Fence has been great to work with. They were very patient and walked us through which collar was best for our headstrong dog. Then they flagged the lot (we already had the electric fence) and gave us a good refresher on how to do the training. They are definitely our "go-to" for fencing and collars.

The entire team at Hidden Fence was amazing to work with for our dog fence needs. An overall great experience, they worked with us to be able to install the system in time before the ground froze. Amazing customer service, friendly installation techs, great staff. they trained us on how to use and adjust the system if need be and how to train the dog as well. You can't really even tell where the wires went in, clean installation. Would highly recommend.

Hidden Fence of Minnesota was amazing. We were looking for someone to come out on very short notice and instal a fence before our sod was laid. They were able to come out next day and get the line laid. They were also the least expensive option. Within a week we had two line breaks because of work being done in our yard and they were also very prompt in coming to do the repairs. Would definitely recommend this company!

I’ve had Hidden Fence installed for over 3 years and am still impressed with the efficiency of this company to resolve issues I’ve had with breakage lines from landscaping and aeration companies. Bruce and David are quick to respond and easy to work with. My two dogs have been trained to stay in our yard and not test the boundaries. If you’re considering getting this done, it’s a no brainer! I live in a wooded lot and they were able to install right through all of trees with ease, giving my dog the most space available.
