I chose hidden fence of Minnesota because I liked their no pressure sales approach. In fact he suggested I buy a different package that was less expensive. They were very helpful and made it so easy to train our dog. They have been very easy to work with and are always available if I have questions. I highly recommend them.

Hidden Fence of MN was wonderful to work with! Our yard is on a fairly steep hill with plenty of ground cover and they installed with the most minimal of damage! Our dog Millie needed two training sessions and they were very quick (and effective) with performing the second session. We would highly recommend Hidden Fence of MN!

We had Hidden Fence installed about a month ago and love it! Our 1 yr old dog has learned to stay in the boundary very well and is enjoying his freedom from the leash! The entire process was very easy, we received a quote super fast, scheduling the install and the communication was clear and easy, installation team was professional and gave us all we needed to know during that first training session. We had an excellent experience using Hidden Fence. I was able to use the website to get an instant quote from them. Within 2 days I was contacted by the owner to schedule an installation appointment. Scheduling was only a week out and the install crew was there right on time. Once they completed the installation I was given detailed instructions on how to use the hidden fence and train my 2 dogs. I would definitely recommend to any one looking for an underground fence.

We are first time dog owners with a large property.
Hidden fence was creative, responsive, and timely to install the fence for our 100 pound Bernese mountain dog. We let him out of the house first day with confidence. I am gone from the house for weeks at a time and my wife works Monday thru Friday and we are confident to let him free while absent from the house. Our dog respected the fence only after several days of training. Last, our dog only after several days, ate/destroyed his shock collar and Hidden Fence covered the damage and made us whole. Bottom line is this. Hidden Fence is like your neighbor next door. You can work with “the neighbor next door” or work with the stranger down the street. Hidden fence will deliver.

I knew very little about electric fences but being American made and family owned was high on my list. The crew at Hidden Fence of Minnesota was very quick to respond (within hours!) and asked what questions I had. They weren’t pushy at all, in fact they came across as the more genuine people of all the companies I called. Very competitive on pricing and flexible payment options were attractive to us. We booked it a month out due to weather concerns and everything was well communicated on their end. We recently purchased the Hidden Fence system for our yard and are very happy with our experience. They were very friendly, prompt and professional during the process and they answered all our questions and offered great guarantees. Highly recommend contacting Bruce and the gang if you are looking for a containment system for your dogs (or cats). With the training, videos and email support, I was able to get my high spirited labradoodle trained to stay in the yard within days. She figured out the flags and the tone, immediately. We have peace of mind now that if a door opens and she runs out, she will stay in our yard within the marked perimeter. It truly has been a game changer!!🥳

We shopped around with different companies but decided on Hidden Fence of MN because of their fantastic customer service and much better pricing than competitors. David (I believe was his name) called me right away and was available to answer all of my questions. What really sold us, was that I had planned on getting the most expensive product assuming it was "the best" but he asked about our dog and her behaviors and based on the information he advised on another, less expensive, product. He was knowledgeable about his own product, and the competitors as well. Install, payment, and training was all very easy and everyone has been friendly and accommodating. We LOVE our hidden fence, and the dogs do too!
