Hidden fence of Minnesota was the best decision we made after getting our newest family member. We shopped around for a few weeks and read others reviews. I knew very little about electric fences but being American made and family owned was high on my list. The crew at Hidden Fence of Minnesota was very quick to respond (within hours!) and asked what questions I had. They weren’t pushy at all, in fact they came across as the more genuine people of all the companies I called. Very competitive on pricing and flexible payment options were attractive to us. We booked it a month out due to weather concerns and everything was well communicated on their end. We recently purchased the Hidden Fence system for our yard and are very happy with our experience. They were very friendly, prompt and professional during the process and they answered all our questions and offered great guarantees. The free dog training was helpful and welook forward to a summer of outside fun with our dog.

The entire process from getting a quote to installation and training were SO easy!!! Also a much more affordable option for us. I was able to coordinate and schedule a date in advance (once we knew closing and moving date of our new home). The training tips we received were simple to follow- our dog learned to “respect the fence” quickly and now enjoys her freedom to roam both our front and back yard.

Highly recommend contacting Bruce and the gang if you are looking for a containment system for your dogs (or cats). With the training, videos and email support, I was able to get my high spirited labradoodle trained to stay in the yard within days. She figured out the flags and the tone, immediately. We have peace of mind now that if a door opens and she runs out, she will stay in our yard within the marked perimeter. It truly has been a game changer!!🥳

We shopped around with different companies but decided on Hidden Fence of MN because of their fantastic customer service and much better pricing than competitors. David (I believe was his name) called me right away and was available to answer all of my questions. What really sold us, was that I had planned on getting the most expensive product assuming it was "the best" but he asked about our dog and her behaviors and based on the information he advised on another, less expensive, product. He was knowledgeable about his own product, and the competitors as well. Install, payment, and training was all very easy and everyone has been friendly and accommodating. We LOVE our hidden fence, and the dogs do too!

Working with the company was slick!! No issues, appointment was made and they delivered on time, exceeded our expectations (was able to bury cable in woods when we thought they wouldn’t be able to). Normally we are do it yourself folks but we hired out this time! Glad we did🙂

Kenny and Joe set up my invisible fence and training with my dog and I. Both were very knowledgeable, kind, respectful and love dogs! I’m on day 10 and following their outstanding training program that they had emailed me instructions on what to do each day. I followed it and today, my dog was outside with leash on but not me holding on to him and staying in the perimeter even with next door dog outside and barking. I’m so excited! I highly recommend!

Hidden Fence did a good job installing my invisible pet fence. They ended up having to come out twice but to equipment issues but provided good communication about the issues and timeline. Works well on our acre lot. Competitive price and works well for our dogs. 5/5 stars.
