HelloPro Home Inspections

If we could give six stars we would. In buying a new house in production (framing stage) we looked at a few home inspection companies in Greenville SC area and felt most comfortable with HelloPro Home Inspections.

Their website was clear and gave great examples of what they can do and what reports look like. When speaking to them they were not just informative but educational.

Inspection was done on time and a full report available before we did a walk-through. There is time stamp on access by us and the builder.

We will use them for further inspections through certificate of occupancy, radon, roof and warranty. Worth the investment. True pros.

update: we hired HelloPro Home Inspections again for the remediation verification work. Again, amazing, they came out and looked at what the builder "fixed" and then wrote a great report with photos and video that we hope will be helpful to have the builder properly fix the things they didn't do.
