Great very professional service

Alex did an amazing job. We needed to put our complete trust in our inspector as we are purchasing a home that we never actually got to walk around or inside of because we are moving from out of state. Alex and hellopro exceeded our expectations and they answered all of our follow up questions. The inspection pictures and videos explained everything in detail. The day after the inspection Alex called me and my wife the day after the inspection and spent about 45 min on the phone with us going over things in more detail. Wed highly recommend hellopro and will definitely be using them again in the future.

If we could give six stars we would. In buying a new house in production (framing stage) we looked at a few home inspection companies in Greenville SC area and felt most comfortable with HelloPro Home Inspections.

Their website was clear and gave great examples of what they can do and what reports look like. When speaking to them they were not just informative but educational.

Inspection was done on time and a full report available before we did a walk-through. There is time stamp on access by us and the builder.

We will use them for further inspections through certificate of occupancy, radon, roof and warranty. Worth the investment. True pros.

Inspector explained every detail of the results, document provided was easy to understand and in a format that allowed the contractor to use and repair any findings.

We had a great experience with our home inspector for our pre-drywall inspection. They were extremely thorough, communicative throughout the entire process, and took the initiative to coordinate directly with the builder to schedule everything, which made it so much easier on us. They took the time to explain findings clearly and made us feel confident moving forward with our new home. On top of that, the pricing was very fair for the level of service we received. Highly recommend!

Our Realestate Agent recommended James and boy was she right. Not only did he perform the inspection next day, we also had a full report that was reviewed in detail the same day as the inspection. This is our eighth home purchase. Best inspection yet.
