Very user friendly interactions with the inspector, great easy to read report and very detailed on what was inspected and problems found on our new property. The ranking system for issues was color coded for severity and detailed information was given on the problem and recommended solution. The best money spent before our closing on new house. They were booked when I preferred, however when a time opened up they called me! Excellent! They provided detailed report with photos and video. Even with degree of importance. I added the infared just to be sure whay may be going on behind the walls. My previous home, this would have saved my basement. The example on website is what you get. At the end, the inspector called to review some items and sent report within 24 hours. Then a follow-up call from company to see if I had any questions. Great communication. I would use them again. James is that guy!!. The guy you want looking at the home where you will start life with your family. I am a 1st time homeowner and he made me feel weaponized and familiar with the things that were going on with my home and provided clear photos and communication around all of it.
