Despite challenging contractual deadlines right in the heart of Christmas/New Years and the need to coordinate with both buyer's and seller's realtors to gain access to the property to be inspected, HelloPro was phenomenal in every way. James Andrews and Ken Byers both communicated exceptionally well - James before the inspection and Ken made himself available for detailed questions after the inspection. The quality of the home inspection report itself appeared to be top notch - Ken was thorough and objective - and the presentation was clear and easy to understand/interpret. The HelloPro team appeared to be genuinely interested in helping us making sound decisions, even when it was to their financial detriment - they were candid about which inspections made sense in our situation. HelloPro is a military veteran-owned business, but you should primarily pick them for your home...
