Very user friendly interactions with the inspector, great easy to read report and very detailed on what was inspected and problems found on our new property. The ranking system for issues was color coded for severity and detailed information was given on the problem and recommended solution. The best money spent before our closing on new house. Had follow up inspection 2 days before closing and there were a few issues that needed to be addressed by the builder prior to closing that James placed in his report. Met with builder foreman and was able to get resolution on these final concerns with addendum placed in closing document to ensure completion. Once again, extremely valuable service and well worth the money spent on Hello Pro services prior to our closing on the new home
