Vicky here leaving this on My husband's account. From first contact with HelloPro I knew we were in good hands. They did not disappoint! This is a veteran owned and family business. Alex and his father are exceptional! Very knowledgeable, great communicators and kind. They worked with us to get us in without much notice and continued to let us know we could reach out anytime with questions. Most importantly, they found some very serious issues with our new construction home. Not finding these things prior to closing could have cost us a lot of money. If you are reading these reviews and wondering if you need an inspection or are on the fence about needing one, I'm here to tell you that you do! This is our fourth home and the most was found with this one. Although we're sad and stressed about it we're grateful to Alex for being so thorough. The report is easy to read and very detailed with photos and videos. Thank you so much!!
