HelloPro Home Inspections provided me with the best home inspection service experience I have had. I have had over 6 previous companies perform home inspections over the past 30 years and this was the best. Very professional, friendly, and informative every step of the process. James and his crew also provided very helpful information on understanding the items they listed in the report, and made suggestions on how to move forward. I highly recommend this team.

HelloPro performed an inspection of my attic and roof, prior to me hiring a roofer to perform repairs. The inspection report was of good quality - detailed and complete. I received a follow-up phone call explaining the findings. This has allowed be to be informed about the actual condition of my roof while working with the insurance company and hiring a roofer.

James and his sons are great to work with. They are so detailed on the way the do home inspection and the report is so easy to print out. High lighting the major issues which are a must to repair down to a maintenance. They looked at things that I didn’t even think about. They even found areas where the insulation was missing. James was a great resource for us in the home-buying process. James from Hellopro are the best in town. Don’t go to nobody else other than them. He said to me “we inspect our homes like our grandma would live here.” Now that’s caring because when they inspected a home I am purchasing and it’s a brand new home. (2024) I thought their wouldn’t be much to fix but when they did my inspection for pro plus $450. Hello pros had more of a keen eye to seeing small things than I did. Such as paint droppings on the floor to unfinished rail painting on the hand rail. To a safety issue with a lightbulb in the garage to other things you couldn’t even imagine seeing. It’s worth way more than what you’re paying for. I would definitely recommend anyone doing inspections to use them. 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

While HelloPro doesn't offer shed inspections, James went above and beyond by connecting me with an excellent structural engineer who could help. This kind of genuine care for customers, even when they can't directly provide the service, shows true professionalism. I'm grateful for James' helpful guidance that got me exactly what I needed!
