The website is thorough and easy to read. The company has many options so they are a one- stop shop! The inspectors gave a good verbal report, following up with a very detailed written report. And topping it off, it's a family owned business with 2 veterans who hire veterans! They are truly the best company i have used in 16 years in real estate!

I Would like to give another AMAZING review to Hello Pro. Andrew and his Son Alex are wonderful. They are very detailed when it comes to inspections. I've hired them for a new build 3 phase inspection. Alone with the follow up inspection to make sure the builder didnt trick me and say it was fixed and wasnt. Even if your builder trys to fight you on not fixing things. There knowledge has ways around how to help you. They are truly hired to fight for you. We were fortunate to get James Andrew's and Alex to do an inspection on a home we are considering for purchase. Their reports are very thorough with pictures and videos. Very user friendly interactions with the inspector, great easy to read report and very detailed on what was inspected and problems found on our new property. The ranking system for issues was color coded for severity and detailed information was given on the problem and recommended solution. The best money spent before our closing on new house. Strongly recommend making the call to Hellopro, Value +++++ vs $$ spent on cost of inspection. Had follow up inspection 2 days before closing and there were a few issues that needed to be addressed by the builder prior to closing that James placed in his report. Met with builder foreman and was able to get resolution on these final concerns with addendum placed in closing document to ensure completion. Once again, extremely valuable service and well worth the money spent on Hello Pro services prior to our closing on the new home
