Alex performed a pre-drywall inspection at our new house under construction, and provided the report in less than three hours. We are very happy that he found several issues that need to be addressed by the builder, before the drywall and siding are installed.

We needed an inspector that could service our area. Hello Pro Home Inspections is very well organized. We got an inspection done on our builder grade home. What impressed me the most was how well Alex was able to give great details in his report and turn around time. Always hire a separate inspector for your homes! Always! He caught a few notable issues (other than cosmetic) and that made me feel very well taken care of. Pricing was affordable for top quality inspection. I trust them for any future inspections as well.

We hired James and Andrew to inspect a house we are buying. They delivered to us a comprehensive, detailed report and then James walked us through the report. It covered everything from the minor (wasps nest) to the major (gas leak).
