I live on Google reviews and will not use someone with a bad rating because, there is a reason they were rated poorly. However, I must say the owner of HelloPro gave me one of the best impressions before the inspection of any business in a long time. However, upon completing the inspection, I was made aware of an additional service to have cost of repairs quoted within a day. What a great add on - especially if you are buying a house - granted it was ballpark on a few things, but still it is good to have hard numbers for negotiating an offer contingent on home inspection issues. Also, the inspection used infrared which makes room-by-room inspections much more thorough. I would have wanted perhaps a few more pictures of basement, foundation, and evidence of functioning of applicances, but overall, I appreciated what they included. Mr. Andrews was extremely thorough presenting video, photo and written findings. We were able to see everything from the roof, attic space, interior, and crawl space as well as thermal imaging to see if there were any hot spots in the walls. He gave recommendations ahead of the purchase of the house so we could decide what will need immediate attention and we can make a plan for the rest. Thank you Mr. Andrews, we appreciate your service, professional opinions and timeliness of the report.
