Very informative and through, gave insight to issues that would have been missed, the inspection reports are incredible and easy to read, included pictures and videos. The inspection report was thorough and after we had items fixed, they came out to reinspect. The inspector went over every items and carefully explained what it means and how to read the report. He also provided referrals for home upgrades on his website (very handy). We had our contractor review the report and he said it "was one of the most detailed and thorough reports he has every seen" well-done

James and Blake did a thorough inspection of the home. They were professional, punctual, and detailed. They took pictures to document everything which was a huge help to us. They also ordered their list of suggested repairs by priority of safety and also by those repairs which might require professionals/skilled craftsmen. We were very pleased because our inspection report was ready the same day as the inspection. This timeliness helped us make a list of repairs in time for completion before closing.
