Hello Pro performed a home inspection for us last week....and we were very pleased. If we could give six stars we would. In buying a new house in production (framing stage) we looked at a few home inspection companies in Greenville SC area and felt most comfortable with HelloPro Home Inspections.

Their website was clear and gave great examples of what they can do and what reports look like. When speaking to them they were not just informative but educational.

Inspection was done on time and a full report available before we did a walk-through. There is time stamp on access by us and the builder.

We will use them for further inspections through certificate of occupancy, radon, roof and warranty. Worth the investment. True pros.

Inspector explained every detail of the results, document provided was easy to understand and in a format that allowed the contractor to use and repair any findings.

We had a great experience with our home inspector for our pre-drywall inspection. They were extremely thorough, communicative throughout the entire process, and took the initiative to coordinate directly with the builder to schedule everything, which made it so much easier on us. They took the time to explain findings clearly and made us feel confident moving forward with our new home. On top of that, the pricing was very fair for the level of service we received. Highly recommend!

Our Realestate Agent recommended James and boy was she right. Not only did he perform the inspection next day, we also had a full report that was reviewed in detail the same day as the inspection. This is our eighth home purchase. Best inspection yet.

Alex from HelloPro inspected my potential home and was awesome. He was thorough, diligent, knowledgeable, timely (very important to me) and calmly answered my questions. I had my written inspection same day. I really like the app used to easily select what you want to have addressed from the recommendations around found issues. Videos and photos were included along with for life free RecallChek service check for air, heating and the water heater! Finally, the short YouTube vids on how to use it were really helpful.

James was excellent to work with. Even though there were only 2 days left for the inspection, he accommodated us without any issues. He completed the inspection on time and provided a very detailed report the same day.
