The guys from HelloPro did an excellent job of inspecting the home I was looking to buy. I loved how they showed me on their report exactly what was a safety issue and what work would need to be done and what could be done eventually in the home. I was there when these men were inspecting and they had no problem crawling into a small space to check under the house for any problems that may exist and their report also showed me the pictures on their report of the what they found so that I could see it for myself. They also answered my questions I had while they were working. I could not of had a better company then HelloPro!!

We had a Phase 3 inspection and a re-inspection done on our new build by James and his son. We were beyond impressed with their inspection report. It included pictures, videos, and detailed description of the issues that were found. The re-inspection was just as thorough.

If Google had 10 stars, I would definitely give it to James and his team. Very thorough inspection. The report is unlike anything I have received before in my multiple home purchases in the past. TOP NOTCH and a new standard has been set. I will use them in the future once this new home hits its 11 month inspection timeframe. James made the process simple and communication was excellent.
