Most thorough inspection I’ve had done

Alex did a great job inspecting the new house. He was very thorough and walked me through the priority items he found. He also answered my questions and concerns and shared his thoughts. I greatly appreciated that.

James was great working with during our inspection process! He was open and gave all of our options to us clearly. He was able to schedule/complete his inspection in a very timely manner, and communicated openly throughout!

These guys are great! I am so glad we used them on our new build. They discovered multiple things that would have easily been overlooked and down the road would cause major problems. Well worth the minimal cost in savings down the road.

Detailed pre drywall inspection. Several areas of concern were highlighted. Great to have this information before we have our actual pre drywall meeting with our project manager. Above and beyond the actual inspections, the process, communication and timeliness is impressive! The cost of these inspections is the first investment in your new home. Money well spent!

If we could give six stars we would. In buying a new house in production (framing stage) we looked at a few home inspection companies in Greenville SC area and felt most comfortable with HelloPro Home Inspections.

Their website was clear and gave great examples of what they can do and what reports look like. When speaking to them they were not just informative but educational.

Inspection was done on time and a full report available before we did a walk-through. There is time stamp on access by us and the builder.

We will use them for further inspections through certificate of occupancy, radon, roof and warranty. Worth the investment. True pros.

Highly recommend HelloPro. They were great to talk to, have an excellent website, the report was detailed and easy to understand with plenty of pictures. Scheduling was easy and they showed up early so you’re not wasting time waiting on someone. They truly did a professional job and it’s great being able to support a family owned business.

HelloPro Home Inspections were very accurate and meticulous. We are having a new house built and they found many large and small things that needed to be corrected. They got things done quickly. My wife and I are extremely happy with them and highly recommend them!

James recently came out to do our home/attic inspection along with thermal moisture checking. He was very thorough, professional and friendly. He did a detailed emailed report, with photos, along with a follow up phone call. He genuinely cared about our home and environment. My wife and I joined Alex at our newly built home. It didn’t take long to figure out he wasn’t going to miss even the smallest details. Inside and out, he found every issue possible, things we would not have seen possibly ever. The technology used was pretty impressive. His report was so detailed, we could understand it and was able to get the problems added to the builders punch list for repairs or replacement.
We are so impressed with Alex and HelloPro and would highly recommend their services not only for buying a home, but maintaining it. We will be calling on them again soon to reinspect and protect our investment!

Alex did a mini inspection post closing for builder warranty claims. He was professional and provided a detailed report revealing structural issues that two other inspectors missed. I highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond.
