I want to say I met Kimberly by accident but nothing is by accident. I was invited to the black therapist event in Phoenix and my friend was more drawn to Kimberly than me. I eventually listened to their conversation and fast-forwarded to today. I have been Kimberly's client ever since. When I first started the session I thought I knew what self-love but I was sadly mistaken. Thank you Kimberly for teaching me the true definition of self-love, how to set boundaries, and how to respond with love instead of the hurt I was once in.

I started this journey with the hopes of feeling better mind body and soul. Working with Kimberly Humphrey for these months has given me peace. I was shown how to meditate, how to lessen my fears (tapping), what I should be eating and what supplements I should be taking. I have Lupus; a very debilitating disease.
