I started this journey with the hopes of feeling better mind body and soul. Working with Kimberly Humphrey for these months has given me peace. I was shown how to meditate, how to lessen my fears (tapping), what I should be eating and what supplements I should be taking. I have Lupus; a very debilitating disease. There is a lot I've learned from Kimberely, it was entirely new to me that unconditional self-acceptance is the key to happiness. I am still learning this, it still feels big to grasp and a lot of undoing is required.
