Hahn Appliance Tulsa

Bought a package deal back in 2023 and we were very happy with our purchase. I failed to give the sales staff a rave review… which they deserved. However, fast forward to this past weekend. For what ever reason, our stove just stopped working. So of course, I couldn’t find my paperwork to see if it was still under warranty. So I called and got one of the staff who ( I forgot his name) who was extremely helpful. I explained what happened to the stove and he gave me some advice as to how I might check to see if it would work before calling a repair person to fix it. I’m happy to report that the advice to unplug the appliances and let it sit for 15 or so minutes and then plug it back in WORKED! I am so thankful for the staff who care about their customers and truly go above and beyond their job titles. Thank you Hahn ‘s for your quality service and dedicated staff! When service comes before the bottom dollar it definitely shows how much you value your customers! Thank you so very much for not being like many of the other companies out there just looking for profits over good customer service.
I will definitely tell everyone I know to shop Hahn’s over any big box store or super store!
