Very funny show love watching it and was wondering about captions for hearing impaired around the state of ok and some of them are customers that buy your appliances. Was wondering if you all will be glad to add captions?

Sales rep at the store helpful and polite. Delivery men very efficient and polite. Also I love the tv commercials. Very satisfied customer.

I love Hahn. When we need all the appliances for our house. We went to several places to get pricing on what we needed. Hshn was the only one that got us resample prices on what we need and delivered all of it and set it all up. I will go back to them we I need new ones.

Hahn Appliance Warehouse has been absolutely incredible to work with. We started off visiting to start our search for a new washer and dryer. We spoke with a rep who was very knowledgeable about the difference between the new top load washer and dryer with no agitator as compared to the front loaders. We then went home to do our own research on models and settled on an older style top load set with an agitator. I called yesterday (1/23/15) and spoke with a gentlemen to ask a few final questions before making the purchase. He answered my questions and actually suggested a nicer set for the same price (I was purchasing the floor models just to get it a bit cheaper). I did some more research on those models and then called back to purchase them. We recently had to replace our washer and dryer and went to Hahn. We chose LG front loaders. Since the price was so reasonable - and the lowest we could find anywhere - we decided to get a new Kitchen Aid ice machine, too. Our sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. We left our kids home because we didn't know how long it would take but it was a really quick and easy process. Our installers were very smart and got us set up very quickly too - I was prepared to take a half day off work because installs don't usually go as well as this one did. And, we received a follow up call from the store a couple days later to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We would have never received such personal attention from a big national retailer and Hahn made sure that their price was the best we could find.

We went into Hahn Appliances originally on November 28, 2014 (Black Friday), they were very busy, however, we were quickly greeted by Josh Kerby. He helped us find what we were looking for, very knowledgeable but certainly not pushy. We purchased a stove and refrigerator to be delivered in January per our request. We left there that day very pleased with our purchase and the service we received. December 27th we returned to Hahn to upgrade our refrigerator before delivery. We asked for Josh who was busy at the time, but came over to let us know he would be right with us. Was in the market for a replacement refrigerator for our home and saw that all the big box stores had the same pricing for the unit as Hahn. Because of a previous positive experience with Hahn we decided to make our purchase there. Requested Tyler Hefley as he had helped with the previous purchase and found him at the store ready to help.
We appreciated his product knowledge and assistance. We decided on a unit and paid the additonal $50 for install of the fridge. Ended up deciding to upgrade the unit before delivery and went back by the store and paid the additional price for the new one.
The delivery guys showed up as scheduled and I was really impressed with their professionalism. They had to remove the front door from the hinges and take the refrigerator apart to get it in the house. But they had it installed and the fridge and house put back together within an hour....

We recently purchased a French door fridge and washer/dryer in the last month. Having never been to Hahn before we were warmly welcomed and had an awesome buying experience. I have been recommending Hahn to everyone since! (& Britt: the most low key and knowledgable salesman we have ever encountered.) 5 stars for facility, selection, price and staff.

I just have to say I absolutely LOVE Hahn Appliances! I will never buy appliances anywhere else. We bought all of our appliances for the new house on Labor Day (the sale was unbelievably good). We didn't need a refrigerator, because the one at the McKinley house is only a few years old so it just made since to take it with us. Well, the gentleman who is buying the house wants it to stay. So, now I need a refrigerator. Long story short, I call our sales guy (Josh Kerby) to see if there was anything they could do, although this was not their fault that I now needed a refrigerator, to get us those lower prices like on Labor Day. My husband and I have replaced all of our household appliances and our tv in the past 5 years. We have purchased everything from Hahn and have been very pleased with the products and the customer service. Most recently we purchased a washer and dryer and the gentlemen that helped us were very enlightening about the various options we could choose. Their helpfulness was very much appreciated! Hahn beat Home Depot by $550 on our new LG gas range!

My husband and I recently purchased a stainless steel built-in microwave oven from Hahn Appliance Warehouse. We had "shopped around" to a couple other stores and were disappointed in the other stores' selection and their lack of product knowledge.

We went to Hahn and were thrilled with the large selection of microwaves. Our sales representative, Elizabeth, showed us the features and explained the benefits. More importantly, she was able to quickly answer our questions about installation and which size to buy. She was a delight to work with and really knows her products.

We are need of a built-in oven and will be buying it from Hahn Appliance. We'll never shop anywhere else again.
