My grandparents and I bought a new wall oven and a countertop range a few years ago they were Frigidaire We have had zero problems with these we use them all the time and I'm really happy with the price that we paid for them and the reliability of this product

My wife and I purchased a new fridge for the house we're building and the experience was great. Tyler was our sales rep and he was fantastic. We were able to purchase the fridge and have it delivered and installed the same day we move into our new home. If you go, ask for Tyler! He's your man.

Their price match for 30 days after purchase saved me $710. I purchased a kitchen range that sold at Hahn and most other places for $1,599. One store had a special for $999, and Hahn matched that price. Several weeks later, Hahn was having a Black Friday sale, and the range had been marked down to $889. I went back with my receipt, and they politely refunded $110 to me.

I deal with Hahn's often, the appliances I have selected for clients have loved them. The quility is great, and the personal attention they give thier customers put them above everyone else in the market.

We bought Washer/Dryer, Stove Top, Double Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Vent Hood all for our brand new house, and a kit for the Vent Hood to make it recirculating, the only problem we have is the Vent Hood does not have a duct, I have called and asked and everyone there tells me it does not need one because it is ductless, it is ductless because it does not duct to the out side of the house but still needs a duct for inside the house to recirculate, can't get that through to them so here I sit still needing a duct to finish my kitchen. If the unit does not come with a duct why in the hell was I not told about it before hand kind of like not getting a electrical cord for the dry and being told I would need one because the dryer doesn't have one, I live over an hour away from your store so little things like that piss me off when I have to drive back in to buy one. You all do a lot of tv commercials, and of course, everyone likes Gentry. I have a suggestion though to get more exposure on your commercials. I suggest to start making some commercials that contain some bloopers from some of the commercials that are made. Maybe a few clips at the end of a commercial might be good. I think it would help create some online views that maybe another potential crowd of buyers would see. I was also enjoy seeing the messed up lines, tripping etc...

Bought a washer and dryer from them a year ago, dryer has broken down 4 times for the same thing. They refuse to replace it and blame me for it breaking and we need to clean our vent. vents clean, been clean for a while but keeps breaking. Now even though i bought the extended warranty they will not replace or now fix it without charging.
Do not buy here, they will not back their products fully

Customer servive contacted me, worked everything out quickly, found out the warrenty companty was the ones telling me lies and they fixed them. Guy came out and took time and found out the defect with the dryer and fixed it. all professional and polite. Hahn stepped up to the plate and fufilled everything they promised.

Very helpful in making sure I got the best deal for what I wanted. Mallory and Greg took care of me and I will definitely be back when I need another appliance!
