When my old refrigerator quit working Hahn had a replacement available. I was able to call on a Saturday and have the new refrigerator delivered on Monday. The installers did a great job on a day when there was ice on the roads.

I have shopped here several times and everytime I go in the employees are great! I bought a washing machine on a prior visit. This visit, my husband and I bought a dishwasher. We just went in to look really, but the price was right and it had all the features I wanted! They have an extensive selection so it's not hard to find something in your budget. Checkout was smooth and they delivered my new beautiful dishwasher when they said they would. Thanks guys!

When the delivery guys brought out the dishwasher, the unit was scratched and dented. I don't know if it came from the factory or if the guy who uncrated it damaged it. They took it back and had to reschedule another day for delivery new unit. TJ came out the next time and installed the new dishwasher with no problem. We will continue to purchase appliances from Hahns in the future.

Customer serve at showroom was very good, but we purchased from Hahn for the professional installation. We wanted to make sure our Washer/Dryer was installed properly and perfectly level to avoid a lot of noise and vibration we were experiencing with our old units. We were very pleased with the servicemen that set out new units and they are performing great!

Installers and delivery people were on time , great notification system ,professional and did the job quickly . The installer also tested each appliance to make sure it was working . As a designer I deal with appliance deliveries all over the country.This was the best team I have worked with!
